Back in April, my 14 year old English Bulldog passed. I had to reach out to chewy to cancel a medication. I was brought to the "Chewy Angel" Alexandria...I hope some how she gets to see this. Alexandria helped ease my way. Meaning she could totally relate to the passing of a best friend, and she had a heeling energy that I truly needed at that time. Here is the bonus!! 2 days later...I RECEIVED FLOWERS 💐 from Chewy/Alexandria!! A heart felt and filled thank you to Chewy & Alexandria. Thank you for going above and beyond. Chewy will always have my vote.

Chewy is the most horrible online pet store and their customer service and professional services are definitely in need of improvement. After waiting a whole month for my dog's prescription dog food, I finally cancelled it and my account because as they stated , they do not care about my business and caused me to spend 4-6 hours of my time to help them sell me my dog's medication. THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE

I have made plenty of mistakes ordering from Chewy. So I have to call in to fix them and every time customer service was very nice, helpful and didn’t treat me with frustration.Miss Ellen talked to me like we were old friends! She was in the USA and I could understand her, she fixed all of my mistakes! She took pride in her job and it shows. Thanks Chewy for hiring good people as I’m sure this will not be my last time calling in.

LADIES BEWARE! April, I had a UPS driver come to my home - first time, verbally abusive - second time, literally threw freight at my home doing damage. Thankfully, the lady from Chewy was on the phone with me and worried about my safety she recorded the call. I was told by Chewy to get a police report to release the call. I DID! Since then, now August, nothing but the run around. They will NOT release the recording or help me in anyway. SO - CHEWY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY OR EVEN PROVIDING THE PROOF TO PROTECT YOU! I HAVE CANCELLED ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS!

Great experience; Had a recurring order, pet died, we couldn’t deal with the order for 3 weeks. Called Chewy: they immediately refunded the item and told us to just donate item to a local shelter, no need to return!

monday aug 16 I called chewy because mix up on my order. the agent was so kind in the process she asked about Kiki and Ludo. I forgot that when you sign up you give pets names.Immediately I started to cry .I explain that Ludo Had just past away.She was so apologetic I reassured her it was alright just very freash on my heart and she had no way of knowing. She talk with me for a while and we where disconnected.Wednesday There was knock on my door flower delivery much to my surprise beautiful flowers and a note sorry for your loss of your pet from Chewy.This was the most thoughtful action I have ever recieved.

My mother recently passed and had an autosubscription. I called to cancel the subscription. Chewy sent flowers to her house with a note saying that they are sorry for our mother’s loss. How thoughtful!
