Chewy's service was so fast. The customer service is awesome! Couldn't ask for a better company.

i have purchased from Chewy like 10 times in the past and the last time I purchased they sent me 4 MONTH EXPIRED cat food, which in turn made my cat sick. I can't imagine what must be going on in their warehouses to be able to leave something on a shelf for 4 months. Luckily I checked the expiration date after giving my cat one can, but i had bought 24 of them, they were all expired by 4 months. the way they handled it was also disgusting. nobody responded to my emails, and I couldn't hear the customer service people because people were screaming and cussing in the background. disgusting

I love chewy.com their customer service is superb! My kitties get a bday card from them every year. My vet changed the food on me at one time and chewy refunded what I paid and said to give the food to a shelter. Today I was surprised when I got a box from them, very thoughtful, with a gift inside for me, saying my well-being matters as well as my kids. I absolutely love chewy.com

Chewy used to be great but now shipping is poor. I ordered $80 of caned dog food on Monday, Aug 23rd and still have not received a ship date and it is Thursday, Aug 26. When I inquired of Chewy they told me they were experiencing "carrier issues" I asked them why they did not put out an email explaining this, but did not get an answer. I can order from Petco or Petsmart and have my order in a day or two at the same cost. It is time for a change.

Chewy double (and possibly triple) charged my account. the money has still not been refunded since the 20th, six days ago..I spoke to a manager and was told there is nothing else we can do for you. I have been with chewy for years and their service has gone way down. Since this has happened to me, I have been told by numerous other people that double/triple charging your account is a common process.. shame on CHEWY.COM

Chewy is amazing!!! Phenomenal customer service any time I have questions or issues. Recently I ordered over $80 worth of dog food/treats. Unfortunately I sent it to my old address 1500 miles away… I called to check if they’d received it back from fed ex and the rep said “not yet but that’s no problem” and re-sent the same order to my current address free of charge! That’s unparalleled in my experience..(and I shop online A LOT🙂)

Not using chewy again. usually shipping is speedy which is great when specific cat food cant be found in stores. Though this is the second time my order was delayed and took a week to get here. I never recieved any update or email that it would be delayed. When reaching out to customer service they said "sorry to see you go, let us know if youd like us to deactivate your account" seriously?! Non existent customer service.

Chewy is amazing! their return policy is perfect! if you have a picky dog, like we did... they'll issue a full refund within 24 hours and ask that you just donate whatever food is left to a local shelter. customer service is easily accessible and friendly! they treat your pets as family, too! we received a birthday card for each of our dogs the past two years - as well as a Christmas card! when our black lab crossed the rainbow bridge and I had updated our account to reflect that... the next day we were sent a bouquet of roses in his memory along with a handwritten note of sympathy from an employee on behalf of chewy. what other company would do all of this? i can't think of one!
