Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Shipping is absolutely horrendous. Fed ex apparently can’t handle your business. You need to allow stores to carry the brand you have a monopoly on so that way when your shippers can’t do what their job is, there is a back up option.

Best customer service of any company I’ve ever talked with. They are easy to reach, and have extremely nice customer service people who are competent and professional. Website is easy to use and delivery is always prompt. Been using Chewy since they started and I have never had a bad experience and I order frequently.

What an Awesome Company! I lost my almost 15yr. new Chocolate Lab last Wednesday, I have been crying for 3 days. He was a 1/3 of my Family for so long. He was so loyal and unconditional, just an outstanding Boy! I had a brand new unopened large bag of IAM's dog food and chatted with Chewy online to see if I had any options. The Customer Service Agent was so kind and advised me to donate the food in "Spencer's," name to our local Animal League and they gave me a full credit!! That's exactly what I did! How awesome! Thank-you so much Chewy! I really appreciate your support in my time of need.

When my veterinarian was unable to get the supply of necessary meds that my furry baby needed to survive a heart condition, I turned to Chewy and found the medicine. I decided to order all of her medicines from Chewy. My first order arrived on time and unfortunately just a few days after receiving all of her meds, she passed away suddenly of a heart attack. My husband and I are seniors and we are heartbroken. I emailed Chewy to ask them to cancel the autoship of our baby's meds. I thought that was the end of it when they emailed me back that they had received my request and that autoship was cancelled. They also expressed their sympathies. Then today, I was outdoors doing a few things in my yard when a delivery of a beautiful red carnations and white daisies bouquet showed up. I couldn't imagine who would be sending these flowers and when I opened the card, I was so surprised! It was from Monika at Chewy.com and again expressing her sympathies. I have NEVER had a business of any sort acknowledge the death of one of my pets and this delivery of these gorgeous flowers just brightened up a dark day. Thank you, Chewy.com and Monika for your expressions of care. Peg Bellard

Second time ordering through chewy.com. This one was a big order from diapers and special treats and food for my senior dog to big bag of dog food, treats and toys for my Shepherd. I was so excited until I checked my bank acct. they charged me twice for different amounts. One being the actual charged I agreed to pay, the second even more😳. So I called. They said one would drop off in a couple days it was due to a computer generated discount, but their discount amount didn’t match up 🤔. So I asked how I would know when the computer was going to generate this discount so I could be prepared for the extra hold on my funds. She said it was random 😖. They lost my business.

Before Chewy was bought out by Pet Fart they were a great company. Now they don't give a flying fig if orders are late. I'm taking all my pet food business to my local feed store. More expensive but supports local business.

I have never been so blown away, my dog pass, had to cancel my account. I CAME HOME TO BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS SENT BY CHEWY. I want to thank every person in that company, from the Custodians to the top of the chain! Thank You So Much Frances

I aim so dissatisfied with Chewy using FedEx as there shipper. There packages are never here when they say.Chewy needs to find another shipper or I will look to order my product elsewhere. This is not a good review for Chewy because of Fedex.I have had this problem before. My dog is on a special food and it's taking way to long to receive this.
