doing business with chewy its like sentencing your pet to death. unreliable service like most of them in US in this day and age. lack of response form corporate its like slap in the face. getting 4 screw ups on the same medication its no coinciddent its intentional. I cant even leave feedback on chewy .com and there is noone to fix that proble either.

We have used Chewy for 4 years to delivery quality products to our home. Fast delivery and customer service was always available when needed. I reached out recently to cancel our recurring delivery. Our last furry family member has passed over the rainbow bridge. How surprised and pleased we were to receive a gift of flowers and a note from Chewy acknowledging our loss. THANK YOU Chewy for your kindness.

Previous Chewy orders have gone fine except this last one. Ordered a double Seresto cat collars. Got 1 dog and 1 cat. They told us to donate the dog collar to local animal group which we are doing. And they credited us for the dog collar. That was fine. But I needed 1 cat collar. Rather than charging me for half the double collar price, I'm getting billed for the higher cost of 1 cat collar.

Quick to ship, good quality items, fair prices. Medications were easy to obtain and cheaper than my local clinic, they contacted the vet themselves to verify the prescription and shipped it quickly.

I've bought pet food from Chewy for 10 years. At first, their sales agents were honest and polite and very service oriented .... no complaints. Then they merged with Pet Smart and their service went down hill. Now they are and independent corporate business and they've become dishonest, won't honor the prices and terms they quote on their web site and are the OPPOSITE of a service-oriented pet food retailer. Their employees are unable to accomodate the terms of a sale or the slightest deviation from their on-line prices. They've gone from a pleasant and reliable bulk supplier to the last place anyone would want to buy their pet food. Their business model has changed for the worse and the almighty dollar is their ONLY concern. No custormer service. No customer satisfaction. No price matching. No standing behind the quality of their pet food. ..... They've gone for a top-rated supplier to a scammer company. SAD!

Great customer service. I ordered dog bowls and they were to big. I was refunded my money and told to donate the bowls to someone who could use them. I ordered the bowls in the next size down and was waived the shipping cost! First time using chewy.com and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Horrible "customer last" service. Shipping delays for days, so I called and cancelled the order, then (of course) they ship it, and hit my charge card, then make me go through 5 different customer "service' people to resolve it......they say they'll email me a return shipping label in a couple of days (!). Finally, I wear them down, and they decide to go ahead and issue me a refund and, get this, trust me that I'll return the item (that was not supposed to shipped to me...). This company will not be in business for long, given their lousy customer service. Even their Muzak, while you endlessly wait on holdm is the worst I've heard ever!I think the strategy is to make you give up and hang up.

My dog needed joint supplements and was allergic to the first chews....my vet thinks it was the flavoring that's put on them. So, I turned to chewy for help. They were extraordinary. The girl and 2 of her supervisors spent close to 30 minutes with me searching for a supplement without additives or flavoring. I can't say enough good things about this company. BRAVO !!!
