A complete disaster has been to try to get an order from this place. They ask on their site for the vets info and my info for verification. I went back a couple of days later and tried to order, I did and order was “placed”. Then I got an email requesting to load the prescription or they will get it from the vet… so if they can get it from the vet what’s the point of asking for the vets info and asking me to do it. So I answered their email and told them to do not bother me with more emails and if anything just cancel everything. So I get an email apologizing for everything and that they will contact the vet themselves, this was at around 9 pm on a Saturday. On Sunday morning I get a call from “Josh”, a person with a thick accent ( outsourced work I bet, making America Great as a good corporation) and he tells me that my bet denied the prescription, REALLY???!!! they contacted the vet between 9 pm Saturday and a Sunday? And they erased the last email where they said they we’re gone contact the vet themselves, What a joke this corporation is.

Why do u advertise 1-2 day shipping when the order I placed for canned dog and cat food on 9/23 isn't coming until 9/29?? Steps I ordered for my cat to a month. False advertising don't you think?? I had to go to the store today to buy pet food because I don't have enough to last till Wednesday. What's the point in ordering from u if I have to go to the store anyway?? Last order this time for sure and I'm gonna spread the word.

Third and final order ever , The first time I ordered from Chewy I was excited they have a lot of products to choose from and relatively good prices. But their downfall is the shipping time my first order took a week and a half to be delivered I was not very happy about this so I stopped using chewy for a few months. Chewy sent an email with some really good deals so I thought I would give it another try, Low and behold the same thing happened again my order took 13 days to arrive this made me very unhappy due to it was only a few bags of treats for my pup. Most recently I broke my leg and my dog needed food she has about a good weeks worth left if not more , So I made an order against better judgment on chewy. Place the order for two bags of treats and some dog food it has been a day and her food is still in the processing stage and only one bag of her treats has shipped and will not be here for at least 10 days according to chewys tracking. I am very disappointed in this there is no way I will run the risk of my dog being hungry due to obscene shipping times , I will never be ordering from Chewy again. Petco has excellent shipping and delivery every order I have make before 5 PM comes the next day before 5 PM no extra charge . You never have to worry about your pup being hungry, They have less of a selection than chewy but I pick service and reliability over anything.

After the loss of our boxer Autumn my wife contacted them to ask we be removed from the e mail list due to it was so hard. During our past years dealing with them we have always been impressed with how easy it has been to order and receive items for Autumn but our final delivery of flowers sent by them shows they truly understand pets are part of a family. Thank you customer service team.

Never again. I ordered a booster car seat for my dog for a trip. The FedEx info never had tracking info yet customer service kept saying its on the way. I'm in distribution I know it was never shipped only the label printed. Too bad as I wanted to try something different then amazon.

The customer service team is amazing! Orders have always been very timely and no quality issues! Chewy is my go to for my pets!
