Chewy has the most wonderful customer service. They answered quickly amd were so helpful. I had to cancel due to my Gabe passing away. They showed kindness and generosity. And we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers in honor of Gabe. It is rare to find a company so engaged and attentive to their customers. I would leave zero stars if I could. Don't fall for their Buy 2, Get 1 Free SCAM. You will find that the free item is suddenly out of stock, but the ones you paid for are always available. It has happened to me one too many times and they've lost a customer who used to spend $200 - 400 every month.

Until now, I've always avoided using chewy because of the higher prices. But, recently I purchased an item for my dog because I wanted it quicker and read that chewy customers receive their order in one to two days. Well, that is so not true! Tomorrow is day 3 from when my order was placed and the tracking site says it hasn't even shipped yet!!?!?! I totally regret paying a higher price and still not getting my order as expected. Will never use chewy again!

I am so thankful for the thoughtfulness of Chewy and their staff. Our beloved dog passed away last week. They were so kind when I called to ask about canceling our autoship medication. And today, we were incredibly surprised to receive a beautiful bouquet in honor of our Jedburgh. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cant seem to get my packages delivered to the right place I started using them after my emergency hysterectomy and out of 3 orders 1 went to an Amazon hub and should have been at my door on the 3rd floor 1 got lost and no one knew were it was or anything they didn't try to help just said they would refund my money and wouldn't send a confirmation email for the return. Very disappointed that I really needed this service and it hasn't worked out I'll be going to my local pet store from now on when I'm all better.

With much reluctance I signed up for the auto ship program for dog and bird food. I work a lot and rely on the auto ship program Things seemed to be going well. I get that right now with the pandemic that some products are back ordered ect.. Well chewy never reached out informing me that the dog food is on back order and I would not be receiving the dog food. I received my bird food and not a word regarding the dog food. I HEARD NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY UNTIL I CALLED INQUIRING ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON. After my dog ran out of food! They are a company that supposedly is here our pets but just leave them hanging like that is so wrong. I am done with chewy.

My first time using chewy. Wish i would have looked at the reviews first. Order has just been sitting for days without being shipped. No response from so called customer service as to cause of delay. Save yourself the trouble. Go elsewhere for your pet needs.

Our dog recently passed away, we ordered special diabetic dog food from chewy that arrived right after he passed away. Not only did chewy reimburse us and told us to donate the dog food in Mickey's name, they sent us a very lovely card and beautiful flowers. Thank you Jasmine!! With so much hate going on in the world I'm very happy that there's companies out there like this that truly do care. They're kind gesture meant so much to me and my family!!
