I love Chewy. Never had problems with them. They ship fast, orders are well-packed. All of my orders usually arrive in 1-2 days. I stopped ordering from Petco because they just threw the cans of wet food in the shipping box, and cans always arrived crumpled. No such issue with Chewy.

I was ordered for the first time with chewy as my dog has a perception for his food. They charged me and after about ten days of waiting I find out they haven't shipped my order yet but they certainly charged me. Upsurd!

I ordered a cat play house online and I received an email saying I need to confirm my order by giving them all my information again? Makes no sense to have online order if I have to call in and regive all my information. Feels unsafe and a huge waste of my time.

Chewy has an incredible range of food for my kitties. Switching to a grain free dry food was much easier than I thought due to the variety. Their gift boxes are awesome as well. Customer service it top notch and deliveries are super fast. I don’t buy pet supplies at the store anymore. Chewy has spoiled us!

I have been a loyal customer for several years. Over the past two years their stocking and delivery issues has been to the detriment of my pets. They have not had several items in stock for MONTHS now, yet other sellers do. Their auto shipments are now a joke. I have cancelled all of mine because they hold those shipments much longer than purchases made on the same day. I know this because I've tested my theory several times. Example: I had an auto shipment that was due to go out four days ago still pending, yet an order I placed yesterday has already been shipped. They used to notify you that an auto ship was coming up and they have stopped that. I imagine because business is sucking so bad that they need the $$ from people that might have cancelled had they been reminded of said auto shipment. Also, they "mistakenly" packaged one cat food flavor in the wrong manufacturer box. TWICE. I'm now wondering if they are doing this because so many items are out of stock that they need to pretend under false pretenses that those items are indeed in stock, only to do a bait and switch.

been with chewy for 4 yrs, in the last year the delivery time is bad never comes when it is suppose to and that causes bad stomach problems for my 5 dogs. they tell me they will pay for a small bag of food until my order get here. i called to make sure when it was coming and the guy on the phone lied, not good business. this has happened more then once.I AM DONE. my dogs need consistency wilco has the same food for same price i will give them my $$$.

Ordered a new light for my 55 gallon fish tank (LED). It came and something was wrong with the control wire. It was replaced free of charge and they said to just keep the other one. The new one works great!!! Thank you chewy for the great customer service!!! 💕
