I purchased three packages of male wraps recently, sadly my dog lost his battle with cancer a few days later. I sent chewys a message to find out if I could return the unopened packages. Not only did they refund my full purchase without a return, they sent me flowers. Thank you chewy for making a difficult week easier. Your loyal customer

Poor customer service!!!!! placed order # 1114671536 for a Purina Neuro care 25lb $123.90 on 10/29/21 My dog's veterinary clinic sent to them 3 times!!!! and yet they cancelled my order. I called Chewy.com multiple times and my dog's vet and they said they would update Vet's rx on order etc. and sent me email on 11/6/21 saying my order was delayed. Today I call and they said order was cancelled. Got de vet on the landline and chewy.com on my cell and the customer service from Chewy.com hang up the phone because my vet was telling them the multiple complaints they have received not just from me but from many other customers. I am very very unhappy with chewy.com my Bichon has dementia and has been waiting for this food. Thanks for nothing chewy.com

I ordered from here bc it’s supposed to come fast. My pups has to have rx food. Delivery was late. Called fedex and they couldn’t tell me why. Contacted chewy and they don’t care either. I’ll make sure I’ll order my stuff elsewhere from here on out. Getting here in a timely manner is all I care about and they can’t deliver.

Chewy can be great, and their customer service is better than Amazon, but if they don't deliver it doesn't matter. Rx prescriptions constantly delayed bc they use OnTrac? They marked my account NOT to use OnTrac, but they still do. Nice. When life-saving Rx comes late? No excuse! No refund will help. Customer service no longer matters. Just get the Rx to people in a timely manner or get out of the business.

I ordered 2 bags of prescription pet food for our cat who had struggled long term with health issues. I still had the two bags, unopened a month past and they were expensive. About $165. So our cat passed away just over a month after i bought the food and a few days later I called chewy hoping to return, thinking it was too late. They told me not to worry- that they would refund my money immediately and I should donate the script food to our local shelter. But wait- if that doesn’t make you feel great about this company- the next day I got a flower delivery. I couldn’t think who they would be from. It was a sympathy card from chewy.com with a beautiful vase of baby sunflowers and wildflowers. I cried. Kindness matters.

The best customer service experience I have ever had. I recently ordered an item from Chewy for my puppy, it arrived and I realized it really doesn't work for what I wanted it to. I emailed Chewy to start the return process. Within 20 minutes without additional questions I had recieved and email response letting me know they had refunded me and asked that I donate the item to a pup who can use it! I think returns are a case by case basis but I love this so much! 5 stars!

Their customer service is amazing- to say they go above and beyond is an understatement! They even sent me flowers and a pet portrait when my dog passed away from cancer. They truly care and it shows!
