Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

A friend of mine suggested this website since I just adopted a new kitten. So I decided to give it a try. I found the cutiest little baby blue collar and ordered it. I then provided all the necessary information such as payment, mailing address ect. Was so exciting and was thrilled I found this website for all my pets need. However a couple days later I received a call from a representative telling me to confirm my mailing address. So I provide it again and verify the account over the phone. Then the next day the same thing happens and it was quite frustrating. At this point I told him to cancel the order as this was very suspicious. Very unpleased with this site and would not recommend it. Definitely not returning.

We started ordering cat food, litter, and supplies from chewy.com during the early days of the pandemic. We kept it up because the prices and delivery were so good. We emailed them on Saturday, March 19, asking if we could return unused items because our cat died on Friday. Chewy sent us a condolence floral arrangement today. There really are no words for this level of compassionate service. So grateful for kindness.

This used to be a Great Company to order my stuff for my cat and dog until I gifted a gift card to a friend and they kept getting the email address wrong so she never received her gift card. I decided to just have them credit back my account so I could just send her a check instead! Chewy refuses to credit me back! How professional is that??

I have been a member of chewy for about 10 years. It was a very good company until recently. My new vet for some reason doesn’t participate with chewy. They gave me a prescriptions for Me to Mail To Chewy . I sent it to the pharmacy in Kentucky. After a week I called In To see if the Letter arrived. The girl on the phone couldn’t help me. I called again still didn’t get there. After about three weeks it came back to me. On The envelope it said that it was Denied by Chewy. I called chewy and the lady told me to send it priority mail. She told me that’s what Chewy was doing and I would be reimbursed for my $8.95. I sent the letter to the same exact address that I sent the first one. After two weeks I called Chewy To see what was going on. The lady told me that they had the letter and that they were going to fill The prescription for me. After a couple days I called back I didn’t receive it yet. This lady told me that the pharmacist couldn’t find my letter. I already paid for it. Well this whole thing was taking five weeks. I canceled my order I did get my money back. I am done with chewy. I will not use you again

I don't know whats going on with Chewy.com but for the last 3 months in a row my order has been late. The first month was a couple days late the second month a week late now this month they took my payment 3 weeks ago and my dogs are out of food! Usually got my order two days after they took payment now they just take payments and don't send the food. So I'm on my way to the grocery store to buy dog food after I already paid for my dog food from chewy! About to cancle all together!!

Hello.....I've been a Chewy customer for while now and cannot give enough praise about their customer service. When and if I have any problem at all, which is rare, they immediately make it right! Actually, I'm very surprised this company doesn't have a 5-star rating...across the board! I will never use any other online pet foir source for food....Chewy is awesome!

We live in a time where businesses don't think they have to care about customers anymore... there's always another of us waiting to buy, right? Not Chewy. I love reading others' stories about paintings of their recently deceased pet being sent, and in my own experience, Chewy refunded an expensive item that I requested to ship back unopened after my pet passed away, and told me there's no need to send it. I was able to donate it. After every other business I've dealt with, I was fully expecting to be told "well that's just too bad" but Chewy truly has a place in their heart for pet owners and this inevitable end. This was over a year ago and I'm still grateful, still telling others that Chewy is good people and they deserve business.

I’ve been buying from Chewy.com for more than 7 years now. Most of their shipments have been super fast. If I ever had an issue, their chat service was always on top of it. No complaints with their customer service, always accommodating. Their autoships are convenient and easy to manage with NO HASSLES. But, what makes them different from all those other competitors, is their compassion. My dog had passed away early last year, and it took me a while to delete his profile on Chewy.com. When you delete, it prompts the user why you’re deleting it, and I believe I said he passed away. A couple of months later, I get a package from Chewy.com. I opened the package, and it was a canvas painting of my dog 😭 with a beautiful card from them. It was a such a heartwarming gift and will always cherish it.
