They use FedEx, and FedEx is garbage. They lie about when they deliver everything to my house. It will say delivered at 3pm and show up at 9-10pm, or worse the next day. I just love having to worry about weather they've lost my order or delivered it to the wrong address for up to 24 hours.

Hello; I saw a review from a disable war vet that Chewy.com didnt deliver his last 10 bags of Ziwi Vension dry food for his service dog after many phone calls and emails to their CEO and there parent company BC Partners , very very poor customer service to our war vet and his service dog they should be a shame of themselves on how they treated them .I am a customer of chewy.com for a long time and after reading this ,i am stopping of being a customer for good ! I am so grateful to Chewy for providing us several years of great service and on time deliveries. We recently lost our fur baby and had a shipment in progress, I messaged them over the weekend and asked if I could return the delivery once it arrived for a refund. They immediately got back to me and said no problem, they would refund everything and once I received my order to go ahead and donate it to a local animal shelter. WOW! How AMAZING and generous this company is! I also just recieved a bouquet of sympathy flowers with a written note from Chewy. I am so impressed with everything: they're communication, their customer service, they're generosity, and they're thoughtfulness. Chewy is a great company who genuinely cares for their customers and their pets! Thank you Chewy for being awesome!

Chewy claims the fastest way to get your prescription filled is for their pharmacy to contact the vet. Chewy somehow lost the response and didn't reach out to them for three days and then didn't ship it till the day after that. The order was for INSULIN. Animals die without INSULIN. They shouldn't be allowed to handle pet meds.

CHEWY having this "chat with a vet" for free or a low fee for those who don't have autoship is AMAZING. To reach you was fast and easy. Some pets are members of the family and if a member of the family may have consumed something poisonous, poison control and 911 are free. Unfortunately the ASPCA is $75 for the same service and the wait time is long. It cost me precious time for my Mimi (16yr old Yorkie). For the second time my order was delivered to the wrong address. Therefore I will not be ordering from Chewy again. Then when calling Customer Service about it the phone kept cutting in and out I don’t even know if I’m gonna get a refund or not I finally hung up

Customer service isn't all that great. They cancel your aitoshop order when u go update your card instead of putting the payment over to the card even though it's marked as your primary card so then u think your order is coming when it's NOT
