I've been buying my dog's meds and some supplies for about 3 years now. Every time that I have called for questions I've had, every customer service rep. I have spoken too has been the kindest and caring person. Took care of my concerns with no problem. I always thought, how can every person I talk to, be so nice. It is wonderful to have that kind of customer service in this crazy world today. Cause 95% of the time you don't get that anymore. I reached out to them to let them know my Shilo had passed and 2 days later, I received beautiful flowers from chewy. I was amazed, still in shock that a corporate company sent me, one in a million person, flowers. Was just so heart felt and truly appreciative. Thank you Chewy for the years of serving Shilo and I.

I got a bag of goog good calming dog chews. My sons dog is so wild amd so much energy. I figured let's try these. The 1st 2 days, I didn't notice any changes. After the 3rd day..she still has energy, but not as bad. She loves the treats. I personally feel like the feel hard and not so chewy. But she eats them. I will definitely buy these from now on for her

The only thing that I had purchased on Chewy.com were specialized eye drops for my blind and very sick dog. I request monthly autoship and used some coupons. I had to put my sweet dog down last Saturday and had let the customer rep. know a few days ahead that I needed to cancel my auto order. I could not believe it when I received beautiful flowers with a lovely sympathy note from the customer service rep.. Amazed!

I like the products from chewy and the prices are competitive. They also have good customer service but the shipping has become a problem. When I tried to make a review on their website they would not accept. This was a red flag.

Great client service and support. I just don't like their Pharmacy selections and prices for doggy items (last time I bought chewable tables and only later I've noticed that in pharmacy it cost way cheaper....).

Stay away from their pharmacy! The VA has me cut all sorts of meds for myself but somehow Chewy won't let me cut meds for my pet????? And all because they don't have the correct size in stock and have no clue if or when they ever will. Then try to get your money back or speak to their management. You'll get better cooperation from Putin!

Excellent service rendered after poor service! My order placed on Thursday, May 12 was never delivered and today I received a call that the order needed my Vet's approval! When I ordered the product nothing was said and the prescription need was NOT on the food label I chose! Today I received a call saying that my order could not be filled without an ok from my Vet! I called back and told the young man who answered of my turmoil and with a patient and understanding demeanor, Brandon helped me replace the order and was most kind and patient with my stress! I am out of food for my cat and with Brandon's help we reordered a replacement. Yes, I was stressed because I was not called sooner of this rule and the need to take my cat back to the Vet to get the prescription for what may have been my fiftieth order seemed to me a ridiculous expenditure! I am a senior lady on a limited budget and having to pay a Vet another $100.00 to get a prescription was totally wrong. Thanks to Brandon, my problem will soon be solved but I just had to let you know that you do have some good people taking food orders. Mimi Gould and Annie
