Ordered 2 prescriptions for my dog, only received 1. I notified them twice, received an email that they would resend the missing script then 2 days later received a voice mail denying the refill. Called again, their computers were down, was told to call back at midnight!!!!! Called again and they confirmed they would not replace the missing script. Total lack of customer service, conflicting communications and ultimately they have lost a customer for the lifetime of my dog.

Chewy is amazing!! Reliable, so many products for different animals, and so freaky fast!! Delivery within 1 to 3 days!? For free with $49 or more? Do you know how easy it is to spend $50 here!! I have 3 pigs and 3 dogs. They have almost everything you could ever ask for! The best service, the best products and some of the best prices! Delivered right to your door!! Ahhh! I love them so much! Order todayyyyyy!!

I reached out needing to return some dog food. When the agent - Zera - learned that our pup had passed away before the food arrived, her tone changed quickly from fun and quirky ("thanks for pawing in! what can I dig into?"), to kind and sympathetic. She issued a refund for the food and asked that we donate to a local shelter in our dog's name. It was really touching, and such a small but significant gesture. I wish all companies treated their customers with this much empathy after the loss of a loved one.

Chewy is amazing . I just lost my dog of 16 years and purchased an order that I wanted to know if I could return to them to donate . They had no questions and refunded my card . They also were so kind with words saying to reach out even if you just need to talk . WOW ! If only everyone was just as kind and thoughtful . Above and beyond for sure with customer service . Thank you guys for everything

We have been dealing with this company for over three years. Every single prescription hardcopy order that we have sent to chewy has never been successfully filled. Even when we order dry dog food the company sends us the wrong dog food and this has been going on and off with the food for two years. We have literally spoken to the pharmacist and requested our hardcopies to be returned and she refused. We now finally spoke to a pharmacist and he sent us to the supervisor named Blake. This supervisor supposedly and hopefully has arranged to have our hardcopies sent back to us! We will never use this company again!! Our dogs health is in jeopardy because he literally and seriously needs this medication, it’s not as if we order treats for our dog. If you want your animals to be protected and know that after you order your medication or proper food then please go to another company. The only reason we went to Chewy is because of what’s going on in the world and we were trying to save some money however because of that our dogs have been put in jeopardy. They never contact you to ask you questions their standards and their procedures are ridiculous!!! Please seriously think twice before using this company!!!!!

I used to order from chewy.com on a regular basis. My orders began taking well over a week to receive rather than their advertised 1 to 3 days as advertised. I gave them their final chance yesterday and I received a shipping notification today that I would not receive the order for 7 days. They are always full of excuses. This time they claim that the order is coming from Florida. In that case they should be shipping 3-day Express but of course they don't. I will continue to purchase from my new supplier who get my orders to me within 2 days. Chewy is shady and has false advertisements.

I purchased Heartworm medication from Chewy -- a 6 month supply. I set up an autoship. I received my product in April then in May they sent another 6 month supply -- this product has a shelf life so it will be no good by the time I need it. I contact Chewy to return the second supply (unopened) they gave me the runaround telling me I needed to go through their pharmacy. It turns out Chewy autoselected an autoship sequence not me. Doing a charge back through Visa -- won't order from Chewy again. Same product & sometimes better pricing available thorugh Amazon anyway.

Wish I could rate less than one. My account was charged for two different orders. The first was for two items. I received one. After calling customer service they shipped the other. The second order was allegedly shipped on April 30 and to arrive May 6. When I tracked the item it showed it had never been shipped but customer service said it had. On May 9 I called customer service again as the item had not arrived. I was told the item had been lost by the carrier and they ship another that day. Then they said it was out of stock and they would refund the purchase price in 3 to 5 days. I don’t think it was ever shipped. I was surely lied to twice. I immediately ordered the item on Amazon for a comparable price. NO MORE CHEWY.COM
