This is a great company to order pet food from. I have 5 cats and a colony of cats I care for. They are very reasonably priced and very quick to deliver. I have saved so much money and time from not having to run to the store all the time. I recommend them to anyone I see. I simply love them. Thank you for being there for me

I'm sure that no one will read this review but for those who do...Beware!!! I had food and cat litter delivered yesterday and flies came flying out of the box!! I have killed three and just killed another one. I hope to god there aren't larvae on what I bought. Disgusting!

Chewy is a great company. I order almost weekly. We have two golden retrievers and so you know we go through a lot of food. The food is always fresh and arrives in 2-3 days.

If I could give it negative stars I would… BEWARE: do not set up an account online they have zero internet protection and if your account gets hacked they do not care and they have worst costumer service.. we had to dispute charges with PayPal and our credit card company even though we caught it right away and they could have stopped it from going through..

I had used Chewy for a few years for various items but today I was fully disgusted for their wilful intention to mislead customers. The displayed price for the item I wanted = $29.54/case. I was ordering two cases, so it should it $59.08. I also had $15.00 gift card I was redeeming. So, the subtotal should be $44.08. But, not so. This is Chewy's calculation. The real price for the item I want is $37.04, though it's NOT shown. Two cases of my item is $92.04. I asked Chewy why? Their response is: the displayed price is not the true price and the sales price is $37.04. Then the $15 gift card I was redeeming? Yeah, they gave me $15 off, but they also added a $15 gift card as a purchase item. So, it's not really a gift card. You get $15 off but you purchase another gift card at $15. Still, something wrong with their math of $92.98: $37.04 x 2 + 15 = $89.04. I can't quite figure out their math. Regardless, Chewy's business tactics with displaying misleading price and adding an item inconspicuously is not only morally wrong but legally criminal. I am writing this review to warn people to watch out Chewy's bad business tactics.

Chewy knows the meaning of customer service which seems a lost art these days! The products are terrific, the prices are good, but what makes them stand out is their customer service! They even send birthday cards to my two fur babies! When I've had the rare issue with a product being damaged in shipment, they "put their paws to work" to make it right. Customer for life!

When my dog suddenly passed away I contacted Chewy to see if I could return her unused food. The representative I talked to was so kind and sympathetic. She said I would receive a full refund and asked if I would donate the food to a shelter. I thought how great a company, but a few days later we received a condolence card and a plant. I didn't think companies like this still existed. We now have a new puppy and our food comes from Chewy. Thank you Chewy your the best
