I bought a Portionpro pet feeder from Vet innovations. My cats tag that was in the purchased box will not register and the tag on the manual was a totally different one. I did the troubleshooting that was in the manual. I called the number provided and it stated due to Covid, we have no one take my call. Also stated to use your email for further assistance, and you MAY call me back. I did email you at Pet Innovations. I am upset that my cats has prescription food, and this was a way to keep my other cats out of the prescription food. I also ordered an extra tag that was not in the delivery. I did not get an answer on my email, nor on my phone. I would like my extra tag that goes with my new portion pro pet feeder, because in the manual it shows a different one and I would also like my extra tag that I ordered and I would like it to be the correct portionpro pet feeder tag. On your website it says that Customer Service is available 24/7 and this is false advertisement, however, in the manual that I looked up online it said hours are M-F 8am to 5pm EST. When I called it was clear that no one was going to call me back. I at least expected an email. Or some type of communication. Thank you My order number is Order #‌1203606593‌ placed 5/23/2022. terrible company, false advertising. i ordered pet supplies and they didn't ship for a week. i had hoped they would deliver promptly because i needed them asap, but they never even sent the thing i ordered. i went to a pet store and eventually got the thing i needed and figured i wouldn't be upset about having two of them, but after a week and a half of waiting i just canceled the order.

I love love love Chewy dog toys Our giant dog plays most of the day. He hasn't destroyed one yet. Giant size Pluto is our favorite. It is also his pillow.

I would give it a zero, did everything by the book waited over a week and still didn't ship, called them they transfer me, then call this number, then transfer me, and still waiting, oh yea and over price by at least $25 then elsewhere, stay away, I will never buy anything from them, oh yea in the mean time my dog 🐕 is hungry

First time on Chewy.com - not good so far. I ordered 2 dog genetic+health kits that were advertised with 1-3 day free shipping. 3 days later I received an "order update" email stating that "Delivery times are running a bit longer than usual, and your order is delayed.....". I waited another 3 days, but since the status still showed "preparing for shipment", I requested Chat support. Ammicka informed me that she wasn't able to assist me, because to move the transaction forward, I need to call them to verify some details. She wouldn't say what had to be discussed & also no explanation was given why it couldn't be done via chat. The lady on the phone told me that the delay is not due to "delivery times", (so Chewy lied about it in the email), but because I am a first-time customer, I need to be investigated due to the HIGH order amount ($342.65) & that the case was basically with the fraud department. I paid with PayPal intentionally, its purpose being that it proves that the customer is a verified person with an established address, purchase history & the credit cards are also linked. I have this address for 12 years, the credit card is established, no problem ever - until now. This is not good enough for Chewy, apparently. The lady then asked for my address (it is the same as on the order, so the inquiry made no sense. Did she expect me to give a different address than what I entered when placing the order?) Maybe now I am one step closer to having my order processed. Had I not called in, how long would the order be sitting in Chewy's system? 1) Chewy.com should have a warning on the website that new customers are advised to order small items first & then, once they are trusted, they can buy more expensive stuff. Whoever doesn't like it will not buy from Chewy. They absolutely have to right to create this policy, but it would be fair to be upfront about it. 2) Since this policy is not stated, at least have the courtesy to send an honest email that a phone call to verify some data is needed / advisable, otherwise nothing will happen for a while. Not a good experience so far.

I've been a customer of Chewy.com since investing in a self-cleaning litter box about two years ago. Not only was it one of the best purchases of my life, but now I get all my cat essentials from there including recurring shipments of the replaceable litter trays, flea medicine, and filters for the ceramic water fountain. Lots of variety for every budget, and even some of the "luxury" items are much more reasonably priced than most walk-in pet stores. The customer service has always been wonderful and prompt -- they even sent a handwritten postcard for the holidays. It's hard to find that kind of service, especially in the digital realm. Highly recommend.

Chewy.com is the most caring and understanding. My lost my emotional support cat Demon on May 13th due to liver cancer. I called that Saturday to have Demon removed from my pet profile and the young lady I talked to was crying with me. She went out of her to help me. I was bawling my eyes out because I was so sad and worried about getting my 4 other cats their food because I had used all the money on the vet and cremation of Demons. She told me that Demon from the other side of the bridge was going to help. Monday I heard a knock at the door and it was a beautiful floor arrangement and about 2 hours later I hear another knock and it was a delivery from chewy with a note that was written as if Demon had wrote it. Lord I cried even more. Chewy.com is so amazing and caring. God Bless them.

Chewy's dropped the ball on my prescription for my cat. I ordered his medication on June 8th, my vet verified that they sent the fax back on the 9th, but Chewy's made no attempt to contact me that something was wrong or that they never received the fax. When I contacted Chewy's on June 16th, they went ahead and faxed a new request on the 17th of June, but then went ahead and cancelled my order today, the 20th, because they didn't receive the prescription. 10 business days to rectify this situation but they didn't. I had to place a new order, and this time I had my vet reach out to them to get his prescription over to get his medication.
