Wow, customer service is excellent!! They are very customer focused and will do anything to help when an order isn't right (even when its not their fault). I've been shopping at Chewy on-and-off for years, but will now be making them my primary source for pet supplies (helloooooo door delivery!). Big shout out to Chewy - thank you!

I would put zero stars if I could! I put in an order for Hartgard on June 13, 2022 and it's July 5, 2022 and I still don't have the order! That's almost 30 days! Unacceptable! They have made every excuse for why it has taken so long. They even tried to say that they could not get a hold of the vet. I've never had an issue with getting a hold of the vet. When I told the vet about the problems that I was having, they said that Chewy had not contacted them, but they would call Chewy themselves with the prescription. Chewy cancelled my prescription right after that. I told them that I had never cancelled and they did not warn me of a cancellation. Chewy told me that I would have to reorder the Hartgard. Guess what? I can't get it for the price that I got when I had originally ordered it. They want me to pay more for their mistake. I will not use Chewy ever again and I do not recommend it.

Chewy has some of the best customer service around. They always go above and beyond expectations, whether there has been an error on my part or theirs.

My dog is on prescriptions dog food and I went to fill my auto shipment and placed and order on June 30th and still haven’t received it. Without any warning they no longer except a prescription that has unlimited refills, but didn’t reach out. My 10 year old dog does not have food and my vet isn’t open to go get a prescription and/or pick up somewhere else! Will never be giving my business to Chewy.com again!! I’ve been a faithful customer for years.

THE MOST ABSOLUTE WORST PLACET TO GET YOUR FOOD FROM!!!! Every damn month it’s delayed by at least 2-3 days. They have awful ways of “making you feel better” by saying they “understand your frustration” like come on! My dog is hungry how are you frustrated? So annoying! I canceled my subscription even though I’ve probably paid over $2,000.

Ordered an item through Afterpay, and after 5 days of absolutely nothing, I wrote an email asking about my order because they made no attempt to contact me. I was told I had call about my order to confirm complicated things, like my address. I was told everything looked to be in order, and the next email should be about my order being shipped. Two days later, I get an email saying my payment was declined. Afterpay pays the full price, and I make payments to Afterpay, so the item was fully payed for, and my address was confirmed. Afterpay only works when a company has it as an accepted form of payment, so it's no fault of anyone other than Chewy.

I live in a small town where it is difficult to find cat food that my cat likes. When I put in an order to Chewy, it arrives quickly, this last time in only two days! Packages are always in good condition. My cat and I are happy! Thank you, Chewy!

I have been a customer with chewy for awhile now and I recently had an amazing experience/interaction with the support team. For some reason my dog started choking on two different chews I purchased. Long story short..I emailed support amd received the kindest, most caring emails back, and a credit for the items. They also sent love to my furry family members and they were above thrilled I would be donating the items to my local animal control! This is A++ customer service! What a wonderful company.. what fantastic employees! Thank you Chewy! 💞
