Never again! Three orders from chewy have all shown up with broken/opened food bags and my expensive dog food rolling around a very cheap cardboard box. Iv'e been offered refunds (3-5 business days) or replacements (3 days to ship), and the bags all show up in similar fashion. This is completely unacceptable. I hope the money saved on your terrible shipping practices makes up for the customers I'm sure you're losing. You've certainly lost this one. Chewy should be ashamed.

I've ordered cat food and supplies from Chewy since 2012 without any problems. The company has presented me with so many problems within the past two years and I have finally decided to quit trying to work with them. Every problem from broken items due to poorly packaged boxes, delivery issues, to receiving the wrong food orders with short expiration dates. This company has, unfortunately, gone downhill. I have struggled enough with Chewy. I will no longer be giving them my business.

We have used chewy for our pet needs for a long time. We have always been happy with the speed our orders were delivered and with their customer service. Recently our fur baby passed away. We contacted chewy to cancel our account. They quickly did that and refunded us the money for the food we had left over and asked us to please donate the actual food to our favorite shelter. The agent we spoke with was so kind, sympathetic and compassionate. Today, a few days after talking to chewy, we arrived home to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent in memory of our sweet fur baby. Thank you chewy for your compassion and kindness.

I had a good thing going with Chewy for four years. Then suddenly I got a double shipment of my dog's flea medication. I had them skip the next delivery, with the instruction to restart the subscription. As the date approached to give them their flea meds, I kept checking my email. Finally I contacted Allivet to find out what happened. I was initially told that my vet denied my order. I called my vet, nope, they okayed the order. So 20 days later I contact Chewy or Allivet, and they decide it is in their best interest to let me go as a customer. I wish upon them the fleas of one thousand camels.

They ship via Ontrac now. Said my package was delivered to my front door and nothing. None of my neighbors who all know me had it either. I ordered from chewy because a 3 month supply of the flea medicine I needed was the price of 1 at my local pet store. Will not order from Chewy again as long as they ship with Ontrac.

I spent 40 minutes creating an account, finding a prescription food that was actually in stock, and then going through the whole process of adding a vet and my credit card. I get all the way to the end and hit "place order" and I get "oops something went wrong." It doesn't indicate what went wrong so I couldn't fix it. Then I call support and they just want me to spend all that time with them recreating the order. No thanks! If it takes that long to place an order, I'll go elsewhere.

Chewy is hands down THE best. We lost our perfect pet Friday and they have already refunded us for a recent autoship and sent us beautiful flowers!

When I lost my Liam I was in a whirlwind of emotion and forgot to cancel our by monthly weruva order from Chewy. I called to cancel my subscription and they did so much more than that. I was also refunded and sent flowers for my loss. It was truly heartwarming to feel so much compassion from the person I spoke with and from the Chewy company. Thank you so much Simon!
