After losing my six year old mastiff to kidney cancer this past week I came home to her ashes today and beside it a flower delivery and message from Chewy.com. Not only are the products and prices great the customer service and kindness are outstanding. Thank you chewy for making a difficult day a little brighter.

I lost my beloved cat of 17 years to sudden heart failure. I notified Chewy that I would not be placing further orders. Not only did they refund my money which was not necessary, they sent me a very kind note and today, a beautiful flower bouquet. I am truly impressed with their products, service and now, their remarkable compassion.

Our cat was diagnosed with diabetes. I was able to upload the prescription to chewy and I received it within 2 days. We ran out, so i ordered 2 more bags. Unfortunately, right after I received them our cat took a turn and had to be put down. I called Chewy to see if i could return them They told me no, they would refund me for the food, and told me to donate the bags. This was not expected. Not only that, they sent us flowers for our loss. What company does that? Chewy. I am now a lifelong customer. The customer service and caring is amazing. Thank you Chewy!

Chewy's customer service is exceptional. Unlike other companies, they are quick to respond, super helpful, and competent. They ask the right questions, know how to fix a simple problem with a simple solution, and they treat their customers like real people. They send my dog a birthday card every year, and do other things to just go above and beyond. Couldn't recommend a company more highly. No other pet company can compete.

As a realtor, they're great. However, their warehouse department is one of the worst I have ever seen. My autoship, which is supposed to arrive on the day of the autoship, was 7 days late so my poor pets did not have enough food and I had to rush to the store before they closed so they'd have dinner. One of the items in my shipment was a sealed bag of dry dog food. The entire top half of the bag was slit as if it was intentional, which I believe it was because I made a complaint that all of my 60 dollars worth of canned cat food came in dented from my previous order. The bag was not punctured or torn, it was slit like you'd open it with a knife. It's impossible for that to have happened during transport because there is no excess piece of the bag. They opened the dog food, put it in the box, and shipped it to me that way intentionally and yes, I have pictures. I spoke to a supervisor who made no attempts to correct the situation or keep me as a Chewy customer. I told her I couldn't shop from Chewy any longer (I spend about 500 dollars on pet supplies every 4-6 weeks) because this was such a disaster and on top of that all the food was late, and she waved me off without a care for my atrocity of a shipment. It's clear Chewy staff, supervisors and warehouse do not care about the business or peoples pets.

FedEx claimed to have delivered my package but it never came. I called Chewy to make them aware that I opened a case with FedEx and Jasmine from Chewy immediately sent me out another order at no charge. Their customer service is top notch!!!
