I am blown away by the kindness of Chewy.com. I wrote to them the other day in regard to returning some unopened food for a refund that we hadn't used due to putting our pet down. They wrote me back a very kind note in regards to losing Gus. But gave a full credit for my entire autoship order ($150) and said to donate the items to another pet in need. Then a couple of days later, we get flowers and note from them. How amazing is this company!! Thank you Chewy.com for your kindness and love. ❤️
My little Sofie girl passed away last week. I contacted chewy to let them know that I will no longer need their services. I received beautiful flowers from these very caring people. I have used their services for years and have always been satisfied. Customer service is wonderful and if you have any issue it is immediately resolved. So thank you chewy for your thoughtfulness at this difficult time

Can I give them a 100 stars??!
Can I give them a 100 stars??!! They have above and beyond exceeded my expectation in consumer service. I feel as if I was speaking to true caring humans-not the standard your number 1,000 calling today. Thank you Chewy and all those kind hearted individuals in your company that make you who you are!

Outstanding customer service
A week ago we had to have our boy put to sleep after he had been with us for almost 14 years. A couple weeks earlier I had placed an order for his prescription dog food and we had never even opened the bag. I contacted Chewy to see if I could return the food. The lady I talked to was extremely kind and informed me that she would credit my purchase price and asked me simply to donate the food. Later that day a lovely floral arrangement was delivered to my home with a beautiful note from the Chewy Family. This kindness will never be forgotten.

Trying to order our flea and tick…
Trying to order our flea and tick medication through Chewy's pharmacy has been a nightmare on par with navigating the inefficiencies of the US medical system. The first time I tried to order the product, Chewy was unable to get the prescription approved by my vet so they canceled the order. When I re-ordered the product, I noticed the approval was taking a long time to go through again, so I called customer service. The rep kept me on the line while they called the pharmacy, who called my vet to resolve the issue. Although I was told the prescription was now approved, the approval was not reflected in my online account. So I called again, only to speak with a rep who assured me the prescription had NOT been approved, and we went through the process all over again. A day or two later I get an email from Chewy that my prescription is still not approved and they're about to cancel the order. I call again, this time letting the rep know I've spoken with my vet and confirmed they've sent the approval, so the rep calls the pharmacy and lets me know the product will ship out the next day. At last, the approval for the prescription and three refills shows up in my account.
At last, success! Right? Nope.
Later in the week I get an email saying the item has been delivered, but it's nowhere to be seen. So I call Chewy to request a replacement. Later that evening I check the order status online, and sure enough...the prescription status has reverted to pending approval. Today I call Chewy yet again, this time to speak with a rep who lets me know the pharmacy needs approval from my vet. At this point I'm at the end of my rope so I ask why a refill from the previous approval can't be applied to the order. Finally she lets me know that, okay, they can do that and they'll get the product shipped out asap.
As of right now the prescription status online still says it's pending approval. Fingers crossed the item actually arrives this time because, two months after my first attempted order, I'm pretty sure we now have fleas. Yes, my vet office's inefficiencies were also part of the problem, and no, I don't blame the individual reps I spoke with who seemed to be doing their best to help me at the time. But there is something deeply wrong with Chewy's pharmacy system for it to take this long to get this product and for each rep to seemingly have no idea of my previous prescription "approvals." They should have some method for reps to leave notes for each other on orders that have required more assistance—and if they already do, the reps should actually use it. While I've had only positive experiences ordering non-prescription products from Chewy, I will not be ordering prescription items through their pharmacy ever again.

We ordered some dog food and they said…
We ordered some dog food and they said it was delivered. Whenever we got home we couldn't find the package anywhere. So we call them and the picture the delivery person took was covered up I think the delivery person stole our stuff. So the fully refund the money because they said they didn't have that kind of dog food anymore. We will never use chewy ever again we will just go to Walmart because they are more trustworthy.
