I have been a loyal customer for 14 years and my senior dog recently crossed the rainbow bridge. When I called chewy to see if I could return my dog’s prescription diet and medication, the representative Shannon was more than accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me out and was also very compassionate. Shannon provided superior customer service and she should be commended. In addition, what a sweet gesture it was to receive flowers from chewy. I will continue to be a loyal customer to your wonderful business. Thank you Shannon and Chewy!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I may have ever encountered. I ordered flea meds for my kitties. I had another one delivered on auto ship and asked if I could return the unopened one. They were kind enough to agree (the one star). After being promised a shipping label would be emailed, I waited. Nothing. I subsequently spent 2-3 phone calls and several weeks waiting, was promised a label would then be shipped. Nothing. In the meantime I ordered another flea med for them. Waited, it was never shipped. I called back. They re-ordered it for me. Another week goes by and I check my online account and it says “delivered.” I checked the address it was shipped to. Not my address. Where it came from, I have no clue. I called to explain and they re-shipped it. After receiving another phone call to confirm my address I gave it to them again and they said it was already shipped again. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS a second time. The sweet girl on the phone tried to help me order again and after refunding me and re-ordering a third time, she told me the total, which was more than the original order that I never received. My patience was gone. She really tried but I just couldn’t deal with the level of idiocy that ensued. Something is wrong with your company when this can happen. I won’t be back.

I have been ordering chewy for over a year now my orders always come fast an if any are damaged they replace immediately. They are always fresh never moldy or old bags laying around. The delivery guys always bring to my side door as I'm disabled and chewy reps are always friendly and ready to please and help me.i love chewy

I recently bought dog food and unfortunately my dog passed away before I could even open it. I contacted Chewy and asked to return it and they immediately refunded my money, expressed their condolences in a warm way, and told me to donate it to whomever I wanted to. I thought this was amazing. THEN, I just received flowers with a beautiful note expressing their condolences. This is so far above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced from pretty much any company. I appreciate this kindness and customer outreach beyond any words. This is A+++++ customer service and a really great business model. Customer's will remember this treatment. I most certainly will. Thank you Chewy!

Chewy’s customer service is unmatched! They are always helpful, always quick! My last order was packed wrong by them and they sent dry food instead of wet. As soon as I contacted them, they remedied it immediately and told me to donate the dry food. This order, I accidentally sent it to an old address on file and didn’t realize it until I got a fedex message saying they were delivering it, I contacted chewy and they immediately send me a replacement at no charge to my correct address. This company is doing things right and as a crazy busy mama who makes silly mistakes like that, I am very grateful for that!

Our kitty was struck and killed by a car last week. I called Chewy to cancel any further orders and also the order in the 'Q'. Chewy said the order was already shipped but said they would refund us the cost and asked that we donate the food to a shelter or other agency. I told them I was grateful. Just today I received a bouquet of flowers from Chewy. I am overwhelmed by the kindness of Chewy. When the time is right and we get another pet, you can be certain that we will order from Chewy again. Thank you Chewy.❤️

I would never use them again. My dog needed medication. I was traveling so I ordered some from chewy. I got one of the medications but not the other. I thought I messed up the order so I ordered it again. After 4 days of not having it I called them and they said that they could not send it because it was not approved. I called my vet in California, they said it had been approved. Frantically, needing the medication badly, I proceeded to call veterinarians in the area. The one that I found that could take him today wanted $250 to start. To make a long story short I called my vet again where he sent me an email with the prescription written on it. They told me to call Walmart and lo and behold they had it in stock at a savings of $40. So as far as chewy goes I would never use them again. If you have a script for your dog I would suggest going to Walmart first. They got it handled and I am a very happy camper. Five stars for Walmart, zero Stars for Chewy.
