I am so upset with the pharmacy. My order was shipped to the wrong address I changed my address on the phone and online, now it has to be reordered, because I was told everything was updated and my poor little guy would have his meds. It wasn't updated! My dog is suffering in pain and now has to wait longer!!! Now I can't even log in anymore! Never use this pharmacy for my baby again!!!

The customer service department is phenomenal. I had stocked up on cat food and a couple of months later my cat passed away. I emailed them to see if I could return the unopened food. They emails back and gave me a refund and asked if I would just donate the food to an animal shelter, which I did. When I got home later today, there were flowers at my door with a card. I was shocked. Chewy had sent them. I’ve never had a company this kind. These people are amazing. I feel so blessed to have such good people to deal with. Thank you Chewy. You have hired great people and are a great company. Thank you for the kindness and support. God bless you all.

I am amazed. We have had a standing autoship order with Chewy for dog treats for some time. When we lost both of our old dogs within a month, I tried to cancel the auto shipment. I couldn’t figure out how to do it so I sent an email to customer service. They responded with a lovely note of condolences and said they would definitely cancel the order. Today I received a box from Chewy and it contained beautiful long stem roses with another condolence note. That is a company that goes above and beyond customer service. I have always been impressed with their customer service, but I am very touched by this beautiful gesture. I can’t say enough good about this company. And the roses smell heavenly.

Trying to buy something is a nightmare you order it they charge credit card and then they send a email to verify order if you question why they want to do this they put you on hold and disappear. If I don't get a shipping number in a weekl guess it will be time to dispute the charge. Guessing this will be the last time I use them. Update 10/26/22 received email shipping would be delayed couple days later order was canceled complete waste of time.

I just need to acknowledge how AMAZING Chewy is. I have been using them for the past 13 years for my fur-daughter Daisy. I have used their prescription medication services, prescription food (including auto ship), plus a host of supplies and clothes. We had to say goodbye to Miss Daisy 3 weeks ago. Due to not being even able to talk about it on the phone I did a chat with Reston from Chewy last week and he was so kind in the chat and not only refunded the 1 1/2 cases of prescription food I still had left he also refunded a 90-day supply of medication to me and just asked I donate it in Daisy's name. I couldn't believe the kindness and empathy I felt via the chat from him but then today I received flowers from him and the "Chewy Family" with a beautiful note. My heart is still totally shattered and not sure when we will bring another fur-baby into our home but I will most definitely be using this amazing company even more often than before. Thank you Reston and the Chewy Family.

First time ordering from Chewy. Item arrived and was broken. Sent customer service an email to find out how to get a refund/return the item. There is NO info about how to return something or get a refund on their website - only says to contact them. 3 days no response to my email. Tried to do "chat" on their website - nobody ever answers. It simply "searches" for an associate infinitely. Tomorrow, I will call. All of this effort and time spent on my behalf trying to return an item that was literally put inside a huge box with NO packing materials at all. No big surprise it was broken. I will not be shopping here again. Not recommended!

I ordered a $550 litter robot and immediately received an email with the expected delivery date of 10/10/22. Two days later I received an email from the manufacture thanking me for my $409 order and the tracking number. On the 10th, FedEx still has the delivery date of the 10th but its 300 miles away and in a different state. Chewy then informed me that they drop ship this item and that they see the delivery date as 10/11. I sent him a screen shot of the FedEx website but was told he couldn't open documents, despite the chat having a upload documents button. He then told me there is noting more he could do to help.

I got screwed out of $250. I used an affirm loan to make a purchase of medicine. the order came to over $400 with affirm. Half of my order was cancelled do to weight miss information from my vet. Affirm did not receive any confirmation of the cancelled order. I contacted Chewy all they told me was to have Affirm contact them. I sent them an email from Affirm to send them the confirmation of the cancelled order but they never sent it. Now I am in a dispute process with Affirm but if they do not approve my dispute and refund me the money I am screwed out of $250. I am not shopping with Chewy again. I will go back to Amazon and directly through my vet for any kind of "prescription"
