I just read a review from a man in Oklahoma who paid a $140 for his order and they canceled the order but they had taken the money out of his bank account and never returned it not even till today. I ordered also on Oct 3rd, 2022 and I was supposed to get the promotional refund between 10-12 and was told yesterday I have to wait after the 12th, they turning g out as big time Crooks. 10.12.22, I just found out that chewy.com is owned by petsmart they bought it in May 2017 for 3.35 billion dollar, Petsmart are the crooks I I had very bad experience with them before, Chewy has now 21,300 employees WHAT A MESS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm extremely disappointed, I was a customer for more than 10 years. This time they had a promotional credit card when you order for over a $100 but dollars which I did, I never received the number for the credit card to use on their site, The customer service said they would refund it to $30 to my credit card well it's still not refunded, it is over a week. It looks like they're running a scam now I don't appreciate that at all.

I overnighted a prescription to Chewy after not being able to get it because of Hurricane Ian which my dog needs due to arthritis, congestive heart failure, and atypical Cushings disease. Since the med is a prescription, I have to wait for a week prior to the end of the prescription to get the written script from my vet. So, when they were back, I picked up the script and paid almost $60, on 10/3 to overnight to Chewy. They received it the next morning and called me to confirm they received it and would be shipping it out immediately. I should have gotten it this Saturday 10/8. During the call on Tuesday morning 10/4, I specifically asked if they could overnight it and I would pay for it. They, of course told me no and the only option was ground but assured me it would be here by 10/8. On 10/8, I received an Email that it would not be here until 10/10 but when I called FedEx, they said it would not be here until 10/13. I called Chewy to see what they can do to help as I was a direct hit with the hurricane and my dog needed his meds or it could kill him. It is stuck in Ellenwood GA where the hurricane hit after leaving Florida. Neither FedEx nor Chewy put a plan in place for this natural disaster. They just shipped to a place that is experiencing flooding and when I pleaded with them to help me, they would not do anything. I have been a patron of Chewy for over 6 years and purchase over $1000 in food for my animals, meds, toys, etc. They took my money when things were good but when a natural disaster hit, they failed miserably. If you have an animal that has health issues that you have to have medication for, I highly suggest you go elsewhere rather than risk your pet's life. Chewy has done a horrible injustice to the people of Florida during this natural disaster and would not even think outside of the box to help me or other pet parents in Florida, knowing we would have paid any amount of money to get our babies' meds. They took the easier way and decided to not help us get our pets' medicine. It is shameful and I have canceled all autoships as well as canceled my account. I WILL NEVER USE CHEWY AGAIN!

I placed an order and then canceled it couple of hours later and was told that my order has been sent to shipping even though it was on a weekend and at 7 PM. I was told that they would send a request to them and have them cancel the order THEN they would go on with the refund. needless to say 3 days later I received an email stating that my order has been shipped... now I have to wait for it to get here. contact chewy and ask them for the label. return it and wait for MY money to hit my account for up to14 business days. This is one of the worse experiences AND customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I would never buy from chewy again and I will do my best to warn people who do want to choose chew for their services. as far as I am concerned the whole company can put a sock in it!

I have been a loyal customer of Chewy since I got my Saint Bernard. Her food was delivered automatically every month without an issue. She recently became paralyzed and we had to put her down. We were devastated. I called Chewy to stop the food delivery and customer service was fantastic. Today I received a bouquet of flowers from Chewy with a sweet note for the loss of my girl. That is over and above customer service! I am so graterful!

Chewy is our go to pet supply company, especially the past few years not wanting to go into stores. We find the service outstanding, the product selection, including prescription food unbeatable. We recently lost one of our beloved almost 15 year old dogs and received beautiful flowers and a lovely condolence card a few days later. Can't say enough about this company!

I was on autoship until the week of 10/3 , I called there 4 days straight and got different answers as to why my food wasn't being shipped, of course they had a hold on my account it for $124. My vet uploaded what was needed twice and also called and spoke with lady named Ciara which told my vet it would be taken care of. It was not, so finally on 10/7 I canceled my autos hip. At this point my dog only had a couple days worth of food left. Thanks to a local store they were able to help me get a bag, which was small, I usually order the huge bag but was greatful for any at that point since i had a hard time finding my dogs food last minute. I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from there, I don't want to worry about this ever happening again. I hope nobody else has to feel this frantic worrying if their dog will have its food. Very disappointed customer

I ordered food for my sick dog and talked with someone from customer service over the phone. He was very helpful and assured me my order would arrive on time. My dogs health turned for the worse and he passed away. My order arrived on the same day and I asked if it was possible to return my unopened box of dog food. They were very compassionate and gave me a full refund and asked me to please donate the food to a local shelter. My dog was rescued from a shelter and this was very heart-warming . Their kindness was very appreciated during this difficult time. I continue to promote this company and will forever support them. A-class business with great products/prices!

I recently called into Chewy for assistance with a payment issue. Like always(not that I have issues always but a few over the years) they had resolved my concern quickly and with amazing customer service. I asked for assistance in removing Angel as my girl is no longer with me 😢. The representative was very sweet with her condolences and she advised she was removed. We ended the call and as normal I was impressed by their service. 2 days later I had a knock at my door. Chewy delivered me a beautiful flower arrangement with the following note: We're so sorry to hear of your loss of Angel. And our hearts go out to you. We know this time is tough, and we're always here if you need anything. Warmly your Chewy family My eyes filled with tears as the gesture was so amazing and the flowers were so beautiful, almost as beautiful as Angel was. I am blown away by this and I am so proud to be a client of a company that goes above and beyond. Thank you Chewy, for the deals and all the extra you do for me.
