The Chewy Pharmacy is unreliable. If your pet needs an important prescription filled, go elsewhere! They have failed us 2 out of 4 months on one prescription despite many phone calls. The employees are unempowered and basically inept. Several lied to me about sending faxes to my vet. Sad and stressful experience all around.

Told by vet our Yorkie is in early stage of kidney failure. We're devastated. I'm deployed and family is dealing with a lot. Ordered special diet dog food for kidneys on 14 of OCT 2022...STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ORDER. Called twice now. Calling again today. My husband back home is buying it through our vet because our dog's diet and health can't wait for Chewy to get its act together. They keep saying it's a glitch on their end. We don't trust this company. Our dog's health is too important.

After tons of google ads, I decided to try the service. I ordered cat food. After several emails telling me order is delayed, after 10 days they canceled order without explanation.Bye byy chewy.

I have been enjoying Chewy's services for 6 plus years. I did have a long pause from them foe awhile, due to a personal issue. Whenever I had to skip or even when I had to cancel my autoship,, they were great. I've returned to Chewy, and I plan on staying with them and their wonderful services.

Chewy has always stood by their products and even replaced ones that were damaged. Products came early often, and otherwise always on time. Most of all, they care! When I stopped my autoship because my cat of 19 years died, I received a vase with flowers in memory of her! This is completely amazing!

BEWARE!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for some time. I order 12 of the large marathon's for the Kong toy. My price each month has been around $61.00. This month it INCREASED BY $36.00 in one month. When I called they blamed it on Kong. So I called Kong and found out for one year they have only raised it $00.22 cents. So I called chewy and told them the facts I also told them I found them at Petflow.com for a similar price I was paying before there increase. They checked the website to confirm I was telling the truth and sent me to a supervisor. The supervisor told me chewy has had inflation and this was the current market price. Which I thought was funny because isn't chewy supposed to be cheaper then your average chain store? I cancelled my auto ship and he also told me they don't do price matches. He said check back next month and see if the prices have went down. I don't know what you guys think but $36.00 inflation cost over one month you tell me what you think.

Was a happy Chewy customer for years, then I used the pharmacy for flee & tick & heartworm. I have 1dog & a prescription for 1 year. I accidentally started auto ship, like my main order. Chewy sent an order in August for 6 months, Sept for 6 months,& October for 6 months. $190.00 per order. I called to return & was told it was my fault because of auto ship…aren’t they supposed to be reading the prescription……no compromise, no responsibility for sending too much prescription…done with Chewy after pharmacy order!
