Ordering from this company is NOT CHEAP ! shipping should be faster and not as messy... orders are delayed ... delivery dates keep changing... not what is expected of what's supposed to be a first rate company... My pet needs his meds!....

I am so impressed with Chewy. When we lost our dog, Duke, I neglected to cancel his automatic food order from them. As soon as I received an email that a bag of food had been shipped, I called to cancel. They told me they would refund my payment and try to retrieve the order but if I received it, they just asked that we donate it to a shelter. (which we did) Today, we received these beautiful flowers from Chewy with a personalized note about Duke’s passing. When we get our next dog we will certainly get all of our supplies from Chewy!

Chewy is the epitome of exemplary customer service. I’ve only ordered from them once a year to stock up on my senior dog’s medication. I called them to cancel an order because my dog passed away and they were so courteous and kind. Fast forward a few days later I get a condolences flowers. I was in tears from their kindness. Definitely found a lifelong customer when I get my next dog. Thanks Chewy.

As a veterinary employee, working with Chewy is like torture. Their customer service and prescription authorization reps are absolutely braindead. They email our clients messages that say their vet won't approve things even though they've contacted the vet several times.....in reality they haven't even contacted the vet once. We wish we could stop our clients from using them. It is amazing how much time in the day that our staff wastes on dealing with Chewy. I'm pretty sure their support staff is based in Florida, so thar explains a lot.

Chewy was providing the chemotherapy drugs for our shihtzu Tali. Tali recently passed from another cause and we had just received a new order of chemotherapy which is quite expensive. My wife called to see if we could return the unopened package since we no longer needed them. My wife was still very much struggling with grief and the person from chewy was so compassionate. Chewy refunded the order and asked us to take the medicine to a vet. The next day we received a nice bouquet of flowers with a hand written note of comfort. It was clear that we would no longer be a customer since we no longer had a pet. Who does this these days? We were so moved by their thoughtfulness. A++++ company
