Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Chewy is an absolutely awesome place for getting any and all pet needs and wants! I needed a different type of dog food for my best friend but wasn't exactly sure what to get. After browsing I decided to contact customer service and I was taken aback and very impressed with how patient, attentive and informative they were about all questions and or thoughts I had about a product. They had many different types with the things I was looking for regarding health and were able to look up and answer precisely questions I had. I found one and ordered. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order when I was notified I should have so I called customer service and without question they immediately sent another bag. I recieved this one without issue and on time. It's been a great fit for my dog! Since my order, I have spent a great deal of time browsing their website and I am continually impressed with all that they have to offer in regards to animals! I mostly definitely recommend Chewy to anyone that has an animal for their needs and wants!!

i would give 5 stars; awesome customer service and generous company

I have used Chewy for years and I can't say enough good things about them! Their customer service is a league above the rest and they always go the extra mile. I recently had an issue where one of my orders took longer than normal to process. I was going to be out of town when it normally would have been delivered, so I sent it to another address. Because the processing was delayed, I was going to be back in town when it would actually end up delivered. I reached out to them letting them know the situation and they were quick to remedy the situation. They asked me to give them a call, so that they could insure that everything was being fixed properly. I was really sick and didn't have much of a voice when I called them. I apologized to my representative and he was nothing, but kind and considerate! Fast forward a few days and I receive an unknown package from them in the mail. When I opened it I saw that they sent me a mug and some tea along with a card that said that they hope I get better soon! It was beyond sweet of them to do that! They have great prices (usually lower than in stores), amazing deals, and honestly the sweetest people working there! They have definitely earned my loyalty for life!

I cannot thank Chewy and the entire staff and company enough for their outstanding service, for being so efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I am a customer and will always remain one. My 2 year old cat named Sam was sick for the past 4 months. Chewy was my rock during this time helping with food choices and prescription food, litter issues, and a whole lot more. They refunded the food he wouldn't eat and I have donated it to shelters and humane society. And, last week, I got the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from my friends at Chewy! I was blown away! Thank you all for being such a fantastic, efficient, kind, loving, caring and knowledgeable company.

I've always had good service from Chewy, but they went even further this time! When I was making my last order a few days ago, I mentioned that I had the flu. I was intrigued when a small Chewy package arrived today which I immediately opened...inside I found a nice Chewy mug, two tea bags, and two honey straws, with a get well card!!! Wow!!! What a user-friendly company!!! Love them!!!

We recently lost our dog and called chewy about our automatic medication refill. We wanted to know how to cancel it. They were very helpful and took care of the issue right away. A couple of days later we received a package from chewy containing roses with a nice note telling us how sorry they were about our loss. What a wonderful gesture. A couple of days later we ordered an urn for Maisy. When we received it we were pleasantly surprised with how well made it was. The picture was clear and the lettering was perfect. I can’t tell you how wonderful the customer service was and how much we recommend Chewy.

I just had a wonderfully human, caring interaction with Chewy.com. I got a notice saying my order had been delivered, but I did not see it where it is normally left. I replied to the notice, not at all expecting a response. But instead, I got patient, personal help, a second followup communication including ownership of the issue by the company, appropriate fix of the problem, and some unneeded but absolutely appreciated kindness towards myself and my pets. It felt like genuine, caring assistance from a live human - - I want to lift up Chewy.com in these times of automated everything: it feels rare and wonderful to do business with a company that takes the time to care about it's customers. Thank you Chewy.com. I highly recommend this company! (And I'm usually very cynical about online companies...)

I’ve been using chewy for years, ever since I’ve had my own dog. They are amazing, fast shipping, good deals (better than deals on amazon or Petsmart or petco) not only that they sent me a Christmas gift that I did not buy! They sent me a painting of my Peanut ! It was hand painted coming from an artist, & beautifully done. I wish I could post a picture with the painting bc I was blown away. I’ve been having a really really hard time and this brightened my day ! & peanuts!
