I just signed up for this pet store and placed an order in already. I’m having problems getting my order delivered. I message them and no response on the status of my order. I tell you really look into this store and when you have a problem they do not respond quick are in my minimum time.

My order got lost in the FedEx in Reno and Chewy was right on it sending me a replacement within 2 days. Best prices and top notch customer service.

It has been a week since placing my order and still have not received it. I called and was told it was due to severe weather in Olathe KS. This was a LIE. I looked up past weather report for that area and found fog on one day. Chewy customer service has gone down. I will look for a small business to deal with from now on. What a shame! ☹️😔No one is ACCOUNTABLE ANYMORE! EXCUSES AND LIES!

Chewy is a wonderful company. They care about you and your pet. When my pet passed they sent a message and flowers. I donated my pet food I had just ordered to the humane society and they refunded our money. It is so nice to know their is an amazing company out there like that. I have been using chewy for years and their customer service is beyond reproach. I have always had very pleasant interactions but the most recent takes the cake. My 16yr old pup crossed recently and when I closed his profile I recieved an extremely kind email with their condolences. A few days later flowers arrived. From the Chewy team. Again sharing how sorry they were,and asked that I give my other two extra love from the chewy team. If that is not excellent customer care than I don't know what is.

I've been shopping for over 3 years for my two cats and never had a issue with Quality Control at Chewy. The one time I had a issue with food which was probably Fancy Feasts fault (rancid rotten food in a container). Chewy refunded me anyways no questions asked. I love being able to get ahold of someone at Chewy, with Amazon its very difficult to get a human.

Blatant lie! I placed an order got charged Not true. "...you will only be charged when item ships." I was charged and the item didn't ship. Yes, i did get a refund 3-days later. But, their puchase, processing program has an error in the code when a product is "out of stock". The Chewy Corporation also, has a flawed customer service email system sending out lies.
