Since they got sold their costumer service it’s just lip service. They never call the veterinarian to get a prescription. I call them numerous time they never come through. It not a one time that it has happened, I changed supplier better service all around, no more Chewy for me.

They have everything you need and it’s affordable. Everything ships quickly. This may saying crazy but when you get multiple shipments you can check both. They have a drop down to allow you check other shipment without having to go back to the order. Rage made me happy.

This is an amazing company. We purchased dog food on an auto ship basis. Due to eating habit changes it has been adjusted many times, always done quickly with no hiccups. Our pet Bailey died a week ago so I had to cancel the auto ship. On Wednesday we received a dozen yellow roses with the kindest note. Customer service is unbelievable. What a wonderful thing to do for a grieving pet parent

Ordered some heartworm pills for our 2 dogs, and they took quite awhile to check with our vet. I thought the pills would come in a few days, but it took much longer.

It was with a heavy heart that I had to put down my most precious boy. I had ordered my meds from the Chewy pharmacy and was on auto ship. I had to call the day after I put him down to cancel the prescription. I can’t even begin to tell you how kind and thoughtful they were. This is one company that truly understands customer service with kindness and compassion. Nowhere else have I experienced this level of care and consideration for their customers. I just want to say you have a customer for life and I will always choose them above all else when it comes to my pet’s needs. With gratitude beyond words. Lynn

Chewy customer services is exceptional and one calls directly to a human being. I had a bad experience with a FedEx delivery which I reported to Chewy directly before calling FedEx; just a heads up to Chewy before I called FedEx. The representative I spoke to, Adonis, was polite, helpful and considerate. I asked to speak to his supervisor, Claire, who further made me feel valued and heard. I felt much better after speaking to these two lovely people. Their excellent service keeps me shopping at Chewy for almost six years. This is not the first time I’ve received superior customer care from Chewy.
