I always have a great experience with Chewy. My representative ( Dio) that I spoke with today was so helpful, patient, personable & sincere that I just had to comment. . always a pleasure. Thank you all for your wonderful professional & quick service!

While I don’t have a pet at this time your commercial with the 2 dogs and “The Peanut Butter box is here” is so heart warming. My brother who recently passed away just smiled every time he saw the add. I’ve walked around my house singing that jingle. Thank you for an awesome advertisement.

Chewy customer service used to be the best. Lately it's just one bad experience after another. The woman I spoke to today was rude, confused and belligerent. She couldn't keep the facts straight and kept accusing me of not giving her the information when I literally just told her everything 5 minutes ago. With her level of confusion and uncalled-for nastiness, I really wondered if she was intoxicated. Recent incidents really soured the Chewy experience. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years. Now I'm hesitant to call them. Whatever issue I may have with an order is not worth the unpleasantness of dealing with nasty customer service rep. Maybe it's time to take my business elsewhere.

Today was my second experience dealing with Chewy Customer service. I can't say enough great things about them. They have BY FAR the best customer service I have ever dealt with. My issue and reason for calling in both times had to do with FedEx not delivering my package. Both times I tried going through FedEx and got no where. Chewy made up for FedEx's mistake and is resending my order. Thank you Tiara! Thank you to the rep that helped me last year. Thank you Chewy for taking care of your clients even when you did nothing wrong.

My loved baby passed away this week and I had to email Chewy.com to advise them to stop her medications for me. Within hours I received the most compassionate-heartfelt condolence in reply that really touched me but that in itself wasn't all. Today when I returned home I had a package waiting at the door, it was a beautiful bouquet in remembrance of my beloved Khloe! 😭💔🌈🐾 I do not know if any other company so compassionate at a true time of need. Thank you dearly Chewy, you have shown there is still compassion in this world as well as companies that appreciate their customers and their babies!

Professional, caring and competent customer service 24/7. All of my contacts and orders have been a breeze! I'm so happy to have Chewy's pharmacy to rely on, and I trust them 100%. Their overall exceptional quality sure is a rare thing nowadays. Plus, they have meds that many pharmacies don't carry.

I have been a long time customer of chewy but recently had my first pharmacy experience. The Vets will not work with them for a reason. They lost 2 paper prescriptions I mailed in WITH tracking. They then refused to assist me. My vet couldn't dispense or write another prescription by law so my poor dog has to suffer with HORRIBLE itching for 30 DAYS until they can dispense again and NO ONE will help me. Their loss of my prescriptions has caused my poor baby to have to suffer and has cost me almost 1,000 in repeat vet visits.....never again!! They don't care at all especially when it's their fault. The icing on the cake was receiving a chewy hat and scarf for my dog as an I'm sorry gift yesterday 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
