I do NOT recommend this company at all! We have had nothing but a nightmare trying to obtain one package of dewormer for our cat. I spent the entire day on Easter, trying to sort it out and after speaking with seven different people, I am not even sure the product will arrive as promised now. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your pet's needs, especially if it is a necessary med.

If you need a prescription - use the option of Chewy contacting your vet. Mailing prescription yourself - they require a paper original - will take much more time and efforts. Also check the prescription dosage - it what you ordered does not match, Chewy will cancel your order.

I just received my latest order one day after we had to put our dog to sleep. I called Chewy and they refunded the order and asked me to donate the products. We have a local animal shelter that is a wonderful organization and I will be happy to donate to them. I then received a dozen roses and a condolence note from Chewy! While it made me cry all over again, I appreciated the sweet gesture.

I love Chewy! Will never buy my cats food from anywhere else. Their customer service is very helpful and reply within minutes. I will always recommend Chewy to anyone.

This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. My order was held up for a week, I called them, and was told I needed to verify my personal information (despite using the same credit card, shipping address, etc for the past year, and spending thousands of dollars). The customer support rep was extremely rude, and dismissive, even hanging up on me when I had further questions of the expected ship time. Not only that, but they emailed me again after this asking for the same identity verification. I understand that sometimes verification is needed, but please be respectful about it. Don’t blame the customer for calling. Just to inquire please! And have some record keeping so you don’t need to ask for the same info

Our kitty cat New New had diabetes since 2010, he just passed away two days ago, and we called Chewy.com that we no longer need insulin for New New anymore.. Today FedEx Driver delivered a box to our home from Chewy.com, I was wondering I didn’t order anything, when I opened the box, it’s beautiful yellow roses with the vase, I can’t stop crying. Thank you Chewy Customer Service Representatives! Thank you for love our pets! Sincerely, Ming and Ken

I am amazed at the level of service this company provides. Prices great, items are shipped quick and if you ever have a question or a problem with a return they are completely in making this right. Highly recommending using cherry for all pet needs. Extremely satisfied customer. Great job Chewy and all your employees.

Best customer service ever. We have used Chewy for years, with autoships and prescription diets for our cats. I order at least twice a month from them, and find the shipping fast and efficient. When our cat Max, who was on a kidney diet, disappeared in 2020, I called to see about returning a fairly large quantity of prescription food I had received. They told me to keep it and donate it to a local shelter. About 3 days later, we received flowers and a sympathy card. Wow. There is always a human to talk to and resolve any issues. They have an excellent product range and their prices are competitive.
