I have been using Chewy for a few years now. I have never had a problem with them. The deliveries are quick, the customer service reps are always super friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend them. They even sent a birthday card to my dog. Boop! It’s your birthday. Thank you Chewy staff

First of all the service is always amazing. We have always gotten our orders within a couple days of placing the order. Prices are awesome as well. Chewy went above and beyond this week by sending us flowers because our guinea pig passed away. I sent them an email last week asking if I could get a refund on some food that we didn't need anymore since our guinea pig had died. Within 20 minutes someone replied and said they have put in a refund for the food and to donate it to someone who needs it. Then I get home today, and I see a big box with the words fresh flowers on it. I look inside and see beautiful sun flowers and a nice vase. 😍 Thank You so much to everyone at Chewy.

I am an animal lover and owner of birds, ferrets, cats, and dogs ….chewy has been my go to, and over the years their customer service was perfect - they showed their loyalty to their customers in big ways. It’s one of the rare companies that actually cares about who they do business with. I got two dozen roses on the passing of a pet and a current order refunded and they told me to donate this order to someone that can use it. I was speechless and will never use anyone else. I have been with chewy for about 2 years because of my cat’s health issues and needing special food. Got the auto ship and it is always in time. The only time they made a mistake with the items, problem was resolved quick. The birthday cards for my cat that come yearly are cute too

my account was disabled cause they surprisingly decided to stop shipping to a forwarding company after sending 6 orders to that address. very sad !!!

What happened to chewy??! I have used their service for many years and always had a positive experience even when an order was lost damaged or wrong they were always caring and willing to make it right. Today I signed up my husband for their service I used my name and information for him as I was using my card . I was closing my account due to opening one in his name but first wanted to use my remaining gift card. Everything went well and then I got an email for his account stating that my order was canceled the promo code was only for new customers. 🤷‍♀️. He and I are disgusted as we are both home sick with covid and we’re counting on our shipment delivered in two days before our puppies ran out of kibble. The issue is we already paid them our pet budget for the week and will need to wait 3-5 days until refund is completed. When we explained this were were met with not my problem basically. Pet smart offers a auto ship discount on each new product you auto ship. I will be giving my business to PetSmart or local stores . I’ve never been so disappointed with a company. When I began with Chewie they offered great prices and rewards and discounts . If they do not want people to sign up with new accounts to get promotions or savings maybe they should offer the same as pet smart or start offering more discounts for their loyal patrons .

I received my autoship order of over $100 worth of pet supplies just a few days before my pet passed away unexpectedly. I didn't even have a chance to open the new supplies. I called Chewy to see if I could return them and to my surprise they told me to donate the supplies to a local shelter and they refunded my bank account for the entire order. Chewy is a great company and I will continue to order from them as long as we have a pet in the home, which will be forever as my husband and I are pet lovers. Thank you so much Chewy, we appreciate you!
