My customer service representative was very polite and helpful with my dogs diet. She is a very picky shih tsu. Sophie doesn’t like any dog food. Liz recommended a few foods and a treat that Sophie will hopefully like. Liz was patient with me trying to search for food. She is very interested in helping find some items. Thanks again Liz! I decided to give Chewy a try and spent $80 on an order of special cat food for my sick cat. They did not deliver the cat food on the represented date and said it would arrive the following day. I went out and bought just enough food to get through until the 2nd represented delivery date. The food didn't show up that day either, only a text that said "delivery attempted". We were home the entire day, so that was untrue. I contacted Chewy's and spoke with Fed Ex. They had no explanation, didn't seem to care and said they would "reattempt delivery" tomorrow. I don't believe them anymore after this 3rd date change and their false claim that they attempted delivery. Additionally, a 2 day delay or longer is not acceptable, especially when it means my cat won't eat what she needs. Now the only food I have for her will make her sicker. I will never use Chewy's again. Amazon or Petco are much more reliable and cost the same.

There were fraudulent order(s) on my Chewy account. When I saw the "order" email notification, I called Chewy. The name and address on my account had been changed. And order(s) had been placed. The CS person told me that they would stop the order and reverse the charges. She then said that the order(s) had been put on hold due to suspicious activity but later released and the order was being processed. But it would be now stopped due to my phone call. She said the only way the hold would be released was if someone called pretending to be me and had all my personal information. She couldn't tell me if that call was ever made. She said, "How would we know it was you if they had your information?" I had to explain, "Because I didn't call at all. Can't you tell if a call was made?" I am not concerned about the order or my Chewy account. I am concerned about a security breach. She said a supervisor could tell me. A supervisor called me a couple days later. When I returned the call, I got a supervisor who kept telling me that they would investigate internally. He would not or could not tell me if that call had been made and he kept saying they would investigate but "at this time," it's not their policy to get back to me. But they investigate to prevent this happening to anyone else. Seriously? I kept telling him if it's just a technical glitch why the order went through, then okay. But if their is an identity breach, they are legally obligated to tell me as well as the public. He actually kept repeating that it's not their policy "at this time." I am completely shocked and alarmed. I never heard of a company doing this. He actually kept telling me that regardless of their investigation results, they will not get back to me to inform me what they found out and that it was "internal." Obviously need to check into any identity breaches (and my credit card was charged). I have never heard of a company actually saying this. Would never order again from this company. American Express said it was very concerning. Unbelievable!

The customer service Chewy provides is the absolute best. Calls are taken by an actual person. I had a representative named Andrea this morning who turned my frustration around to a resolution with professionalism combined with kindness and concern. Thank you!

Called Customer service about returning an item I received but didn't need because our little rescue guy passed away. Customer service agent listened compassionately then told me to donate the item to a rescue group. To my suprise, the next day FLOWERS from Chewy showed up at me door. CHEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!💓

I have been buying lots of pet supplies for my fish and rabbits from Chewy for a while, including items as that are officially for dogs and cats. I also get things for wild birds. The items have always been well packed, Autoship works well, their app works well, and I don't get a bunch of ads filling my mailbox. They tell me when out of stock items come back, and, in my experience, don't claim an item is just out of stock when it actually is never going to be available through them. I prefer them to Amazon Their promotions have never been deceptive, in my experience, and prices are competitive. I'll continue to use them for the many items my pets need, monthly or single order.

I have been using Chewy since my cat was diagnosed with UTI in August of 2022. My cat passed away on May 26th. I called Chewy to cancel my Auto-shipped. The customer service representative was sympathetic. I had unused food and cat liter and I was given a refund. I was told to donate the food and liter to a local shelter on behalf of my cat Mew. Today, I received a vase with beautiful flowers from Chewy with a note that read "We're so sorry to hear of your loss of Mew, and our hearts go out to you. We know this time is tough, and we're always here if you need anything. Warmly, your Chewy Family". I have never experienced so much kindness from a company.

Been a chewy.com customer for many years. Now that they've added horse feed and supplies I also buy those there. Super quick shipping, wonderful customer service, all the products I want and need and good prices. Very dependable company.
