I have been an auto ship customer for a long time. I got an email confirming my next shipment was coming but it didn't arrive. I called customer service, and they told me they knew they had a problem with their system, but no effort was made to contact me. Didn't have enough food to last until the food arrived.

I am constantly amazed by how amazing Chewy is. They have great customer support and are extremely compassionate. I switched to using Chewy becuase it is a breeze to order prescription cat food through them. It is less expensive and they reach out to your vet for authorization, making the process easier and quicker. I've had to return prescription food due to a change in my cat's illness and they extremely understanding and they only ask that you donate the unused food to a shelter. I will never order my cat food or supplies anywhere else!

Worst company, every order I ever place there's always an issue. Call the company one person says oh just need to verify everything, still no change I'm order states call again someone tells you oh everything is fine you order will ship later today. Call again 24 hours later order is canceled there's an issue they can't send it I have received so many reasons your username isn't your name so it got red flagged, the promos codes they give they will give you...can't use red flags the account

I have really been happy with chewy up till now I have to get a prescription medication for my cat and it has been super smooth sailing. Then today I go to log into order his cat food and I get this block up. I’m hoping I can send you a screenshot, basically saying they want to track me and what I’m doing so they can provide me better advertising. I have block tracking on my phone. I don’t have an issue with that if I could ask out of it and continue to the site place my order. But it will not allow me to do so so you have 100% lost all my business now this is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot order product simply because I do not want you to track my activities online. !!! I encourage all people to check their phone tracking turn it off and not allow websites to simply truck you because they want to!! Disappointed beyond! I guess PetSmart gets all my business now! I will be placing this review everywhere I can and where it allows me to post the picture of what you’re doing I will do that as well!

Purchased a 14in. The Virtually Indestructible Ball Dog Toy, Color Varies. Within 2 to 3 weeks it started coming apart at the seam.

This company does not return customer contacts about defective animal food and does not honor the guarantee of satisfaction. They have been selling me cat food that makes my animals sick over and over again and do not even return a message or a phone call about the product. Take your business elsewhere.

Chewy is absolutely amazing! All of the people that I have spoken to have been so extremely helpful! Chewy representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable!! I've called Chewy with some strange questions and they talked to me about resolving the problem with my pups. I love that they are part of my family! Sissy, Frodo and I thank you so very much!!!!!
