I've been using Chewy for many years now, and their Customer Service is top notch. We are a regular subscriber for food (Kibble), and we also buy toys, treats, and medical subscription refills for our pets through them. The products are virtually always delivered on time, and in the few issues that I've had with delivery/order/product over the past 5 years their customer service has always gone above and beyond to remedy the issue quickly.

I just wanted to say thank you to Chewy for being one of the best suppliers/companies I've ever dealt with. On many occasions, Fedex has ruined my orders from Chewy, but no matter the cause or the event, Chewy has always made it right. Chewy is one of the few online merchants that still connects you to real people when you call about an issue with your order. There have been a handful of times where I was notified that my packages had arrived but they hadn’t actually delivered properly and I am immediately shipped a replacement order every time. I love that Chewy Pharmacy contacts your vet for you for prescription refills, and their auto-ship feature is so convenient for staples like food and kitty litter! I can’t see myself buying pet supplies anywhere else.

Well well well how things have changed since July when I wrote the review, I was told I could have my packages delivered to FedEx location at Walgreens. Turns out they don’t except over a certain weight limit. Now I’m waiting five days for my kitties food and it’s still not delivered yet. They can’t even give me a timeframe today’s Wednesday the food was ordered on. FRIDAY!!! not happy. Chewy should know the weight limit allowed by FedEx to deliver to Walgreens. They should know enough said.

Before I begin my reason for my excellent let me say my recent six months of trying to get my pet meds from Chewy have been the worst. But without that issue, my past experience outweighs this big negative. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel passed away October 2022. I had meds from Chewy and they let me return them as they were not used. A+. not only did they do that but I had a dozen yellow roses delivered to my home. To this day, this memory is still warm to my heart. I have not shopped at Chewy recently but I just received a birthday for my two new furry babies. I will use this discount. Chewy, do better is your prescription department, but you will always have a place in my heart. XOXOX

When I try and purchase medicine and food - it usually populates the wrong vet - and I have to call in and get them to input the correct vet -When I called in, I told them to use a different card, and they used the wrong card.

As Amazon has destroyed the local brick and mortar bookstores Chewy has closed the local pet shops. But the customer service and prices on Chewy could not compare to my former local pet stores. Chewy has everything and GREAT customer service. I once wrote a negative review on a cat hairbrush and they refunded the money on the brush and said to donate to a shelter if I could. Yesterday we bought some litter by mistake and Chewy issued a refund and suggested I donate to a local shelter. Chewy is a model for excellent customer service!
