Initially great service

So, So, Terrible! I uploaded a prescription to dysfunctional Chewy.com three times! And, they keep coming back saying to upload prescription. I even spoke with a dysfunctional Chewy.com rep! I even get emails stating that it is uploaded! Customer service a big fat zero! Dysfunctional Chewy.com even canceled my order after I uploaded the first prescription. Do you want to do business with a company that can't even find prescriptions uploaded DIRECTLY TO THEIR WEBSITE while logged into your personal account with them? NO! Won't use them again!

Chewy has never stopped going above and beyond for me. I have had a sick pup for 3 years and often ask to return food and they make the return/ refund process so easy. They have even given their own recommendations of food to ask my vet about first. I will never not buy ALL of my pet products through this company.

Chewy might be my all time favorite company that I can truly rave about. For starters, their auto-ship feature for literally everything from food to pharmacy makes being a pet mom so easy. Their app is the most user-friendly. And they not only send Christmas and bday cards to your pet, but I randomly received a hand-drawn portrait of my dog for National Dog Month out of nowhere that made me cry happy tears. I will forever be a Chewy customer and refer them to any pet parents!!

Chewy has been the best thing to ever happen. They have everything for my pets and deliver super fast. Customer service is the best in the business. I just received a painted picture of my dog from them because it was dog day. Truly unexpected but super awesome. Couldn’t ask for better company.

I had to write a review on the wonderful experience I had when I spoke with S'Maya.. yesterday I ordered a bag of catfood from chewy for my cat. Well by midnight my cat was rushed to the vet ER and unfortunately was put down due to the severity of his disease and blockage that we had know clue about. So when I called to speak to someone to stop shipping for the food it happened to be S'Maya she made me feel better and helped me tremendously by getting what I needed done in a fast manner. She was so polite and kept on saying she was so sorry about the passing of my baby cat Floyd. Well about 3 hours later I get a knock on the door.. someone sent flowers.. S'Maya went above and beyond my expectations and sent flowers with her condolences. I was truly amazed that someone I don't even know could care so much that she took time out of her work day to send flowers or to just think of me in my hardest times right now.. Your company is truly blessed to have someone like her working for you.. she's amazing!! Thank you so much S'Maya! Your an angel 😇 and I truly hope this finds you..thank you for everything!!!

To me and my experiences at least, Chewy.com goes far beyond what is expected from a pet service and product site. I am planning on using them almost exclusively for all pet-related needs. Thanks to all the customer service folks that made all transactions easy and answered all my questions well.

Chewy has the best customer service I have ever encountered. They are so quick to respond and they go above and beyond to resolve any issue. I wish every company operated this way.
