Awful, lied to for 3 days that my cats medication was on the way and it wasn’t . She is now out of the med and they claim they need to call the vet when I was told today it was approved!!! Had I known this and not lied to I could have called the vet!! Shame on you Chewy

Chewy always has the best price on Fancy Feast cat food, prescriptions and litter. I'm also impressed by how fast items are shipped, arriving the next day on average.

Chewy exists for convenient and timely delivery. They charge a gross premium approaching 2x the normal cost of food. They are consistently 3-4 days later than promised on deliveries. If they are bad at the one reason they exist they aren't likely to make it much longer. Find a reliable company for your pet needs.

In my experience, Chewy.com is, bar none, the best on line company I have ever dealt with. Their inventory is extensive, their pricing competitive if not lower than other pet suppliers, their customer service stellar, and their shipping astonishingly fast...puts Amazon Prime to shame! Quality products and amazing customer service. When I told them I had lost one of my pets, they sent me a very heartfelt email and flowers to my home. Who does that? Chewy! They care about their customers. I enjoy shopping on here for dog and cat products. You will too!

Chewy is a wonderful resource for pet supplies. My Dog needed prescription food. Delivery was automatically scheduled and service was great. When she passed they sent yellow roses.

Had an autoship that I cancelled and they shipped it anyway. They promised to pull it back before it shipped, they didn't. They promised to get Fedex to return to sender they didn't. They refused their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Pretty scummy to interact with one of the customer service agents sounded under the influence on the phone call.

Placed order online as a Guest. Order was processed, purchase was made, or so I thought. Received confirmation email and responded to it. Okay. Next day I received another email requiring me to call and confirm address etc. Okay. So I called and was told everything looked good. So okay? No...Get another email next day saying order was canceled. Okay. So I call to find out what happened to the order and was told that the billing address didn't match address on bank card. Huh? Just did a double confirmation yesterday. Okay. So I called back next day and was told yet a different story as to why it was canceled. It was so ridiculous I can't even remember the reason I was given this time. Then the representative said that I should have set up an account instead of ordering as a Guest. Okay. First of all, I have never ordered a thing from chewy. Secondly, it was a one time gift for a friend, so I saw no reason to set up an account. Okay. My bank's App tracks every single transaction made on my account and guess what? THERE IS NO RECORD OF ANY CHEWY TRANSACTION!!!! NONE!!! Okay. So whatever the representative saw on her end isn't what's reflected by my bank. So it's not my bank's fault I'm out $63.00 anymore than it's mine. I would guess that someone at chewy MIGHT possibly know of issues like this because of their recommendation to set up an account instead of using Guest option. Could it possibly be that maybe some of these home based representatives MIGHT be hacking people's accounts? Why is there no record of the transaction? Go figure. You can't make this up.
