I had been using Chewy for a year to get my little dog special food as he had cancer and no stores near us carried it. After he passed away I was getting emails reminding me to reorder "Ozzy's" food. I let them know he passed and not only did I get several emails from different employees expressing sympathy, they also sent a bouquet of beautiful flowers to our house. They go way above and beyond.

I had previously complained about the poor packaging of a canned food shipment. Chewey apparently listened, and the most recent shipments were very well packaged, arrived on-time, with no damaged cans. Very nice upgrade in packaging & shipping! Thanks

I have always received good customer service assistance in all my orders and returns. Recently I needed to cancel a recent prescription order due to the passing of my wonderful cat Molly. Angela helped me though the very emotional call, canceled the order promptly and provided kind words or caring. Yesterday I was surprised by flowers and a condolence message from Angela and my Chewy Family. Their compassion in my time of loss is greatly appreciated. Thank you for caring about our pets like we do.

I have been a Chewy customer for over two years now, and i must say i am very happy to be so. Not once have they disappointed me in resolving problems, refunding when there were issues, prompt delivery, honoring promos, quality food, and most of all the amazing customer service!. They took care of me very well, and the customer service is top notch. Other companies like Google and Door Dash with terrible customer service, need to learn from Chewy how to take care of their customers. I am a very happy customer. I am very grateful for their consideration, they treat you like a cherished customer, inquring after your pets, care for your pet's well being. You are doing a great job Chewy. Yoh will continue to have me as your customer. Thank you!

We have been ordering from Chewy for many years because our pug, Lexi, needed Royal Canin Urinary SO dog food. We just ordered a new bag and didn't open it yet. Unfortunately, Lexi passed away a few days ago. I called Chewy and they refunded our money in full and told us to donate the food, which we really appreciated. Today we received a bouquet of flowers from a local florist that were from Paula and the Chewy Team wishing their condolences. This was the kindest thing we have ever received from a company who doesn't even know us personally.

We have always had wonderful experiences with Chewy but this was the most amazing gesture. Our dog, Daisy, passed away last week and we were given a full refund on our unopened food, told to donate to a rescue. What an amazing, kind company. Highly recommend.

Customer service has really gone downhill. I used to brag about how their customer service outdid any other pet food company, but l definitely won't any more. Their representatives have become very incompetent, I've had to call several tines for the EXACT same issue! Each call was almost 30 minutes waiting for an answer! The last time WILL be the LAST TIME I'll ever buy from Chewy! Horrible customer service l received the last 3 times calling them! Ongoing issue from January '24 still going on and it's the end of March!

We bought a product for our dog who we thought had Lyme disease. It turns out she had cancer of her brain and we sadly had to put her down. I contacted chewy to return the unused product. They refunded me immediately and said to keep the product. They also sent a heartfelt email of condolence. A few days later we received a bouquet of flowers and a card. My wife and I were both touched by the compassion and kindness that you don't typically see in a corporate company. We will definitely be using Chewy for all of our future pet needs.
