Disappointed with this company since they started telling me to send items back even if the food wasn't looking good. A customer service representative told me once that if I didn't have the original package, I would have to put the dry food in a plastic bag to return it. I do see many good reviews here complimenting chewy for the flowers they reveive after pet passing. Are you kidding me? Making hard time for some customers to return something that is unusable and sending expensive boukets Also 1-3 days shipping is not very accurate, I did receive some of my orders in 5 days, including pharmacy item. But, I never called them for that.

losing my fur baby Sammy my heart has been so broken I alway order my food and treats from Chewy .com last week I had removed Sammy from my list and told them he was no longer with me the lady Megan I spoke to was so kind and expressed her condolences for my loss. I go outside to let Cody out today and found a package on my porch and the box said fresh flowers open immediately, so to my surprise, I opened them, and this is what I received I cannot believe how thoughtful this was and it did put a smile on my face. Chewy is a model of how responsive and customer focused a company should be. They were so compassionate when I recently lost my cat….best friend, roommate, and king of the house. After telling others about my experience at least two of my friends are switching to Chewy and I am sure others will follow. I highly recommend you give them a try, you won’t be sorry

Chewy has been our go to for so many years to accommodate our dogs needs from food, supplements and prescriptions. I cannot rave enough about their amazing customer service from quick turnaround of an order to delivery and to the compassionate and kind service provided by their personnel. I called Chewy two days ago to let them know of the passing of one of our pups and not only were they very sympathetic and kind, they also gave me a full refund of the two prescriptions I had just ordered and not used for our ailing girl. Then the next day our doorbell rang and there was a beautiful arrangement of flowers send by them to us. Thank you Chewy. You have our business forever.

Chewy is a company that caters to their customers. It feels very much like a family business rather than a huge corporate conglomeration. Two of my cats recently passed away they not only sent me their condolences along with websites that deal with these issues, but today I received a beautiful bought of flowers. I have NEVER had a company that does that.

They are one of the most amazing companies. Customer service is unapparelled. I recently had to put my pet to sleep. I already had an order coming. I called Chewy to see if I could cancel it. It was already shipped. Chewy told me not to worry about. The said they would credit my cost of the order and told me to keep the order and donate it. I donated to my local no kill shelter. They also sent me a beautiful painted rock with my pet's name on it, along with a touching sympathy card. This company is amazing in terms of how they treat their customers! Thank you Chewy for really caring!

Not understanding all these 1 star reviews, to be honest Chewy is the best out there! Chewy, you outdid yourselves again. Your amazingly compassionate, caring and kind staff make you guys that much better. I’ve been using Chewy for years, and let me tell you this is the most amazing pet website I have ever come across. I recently had to switch my Cats wet food to Hills a/d which 1. requires an RX and 2. is extremely expensive. (approx. $89.00 for 24 cans.) Shortly after ordering and receiving my cat’s food, he suddenly passed away :( When i explained the situation to Chewy in hopes of returning it, not only did they say they’ll refund my chewy account right away, they also said to keep the food. They were SO understanding and kind it was unbelievable. They were more worried about myself other than the $. We need more humans like this in the world. I can’t wait to donate this food to my local shelter on Moose’s (my late cat’s) behalf. Thank you for everything Carol R, and the whole chewy team! You made my weekend!

Chewy is by far the best option for pet supplies. They have the best prices, which are even better with auto refill orders. They’ve always taken care of us. I can’t recommend them enough.
