Inconsistent, shifting councilors. If I ever dropped the service for any period of time I would be disconnected with my previous caregiver and need to restart all over again. Their psychiatrists are hit or miss, some empower you; some are clearly just filling out a work sheet flow chart. But biggest complaint by FAR is payment. They charged me for a month of service, I called the day of; and despite reiterating multiple times that they had put my account in the red, and I did not have the money, they refused to sever my service and refund me. Had to borrow money from friends just to not go over. A subscription service should NOT be allowed to charge you for a service you did not use, ESPECIALLY if this occurs on the first date of payment; they also overcharge for their medication, I could find almost everything they offered at half price at multiple places. Greedy medical practice. Use them if you MUST but can't recommend them in good faith based SOLEY on their monetary practice.

Quite a refreshing experience. Having had most of my care done through the VA system, it was nice to have a confirmed appointment that stayed as is. No last minute changes or cancelation. I actually got my meds the next day, whereas, I could have gone weeks or up to a month of no meds for a multitude of reasons. NP Elder actually listened, rather than sputing questions out. She really made me feel heard.

Cerebral has been an absolute life saver. I reached out when I was at my lowest and I received all of the help I needed in a quick and safe environment. Within days I had met with my care team and was provided the medication I needed. The ongoing monitoring has helped me through this first year of treatment. I have never felt better!

This is my 4 or 5th counselor with them. First one was great but our schedules clashed. Others same or there wasn’t one. One before I have now made me want to cancel everything. But today I had my first appointment with my new one and I instantly felt comfortable like I’ve known her for a long time. I’ve been paying for my subscription every month even when I wasn’t getting everything included. I refuse to do the therapy through them because it’s way over priced with not taking someone’s insurance. It would be nice if they accommodate you for times you are not getting the full benefits of what you are paying for. If I didn’t have all the issues I would of given a 5 star rating. I give my new counselor 5stars

I love my therapist. I have grown so much since I started therapy with her. I feel like she’s a best friend or an older sister sharing wisdom. The best part is that they get my insurance and I get to see her weekly while also being prescribed medicine

For a long time, I knew I had to say certain things out loud to someone. I'm very happy I picked Cerebral. Ana is a great therapist and I can breathe a little easier since I met her.
