Quick scheduling, great staff!
I can’t believe how quickly I was able to talk to someone. I have been struggling to find an office that is accepting new patients and works with my schedule, then I found Cerebral. They listened to what I had to say, validated my feelings, and came up with a plan to help me. I am very happy to have found them when I did.

I was in a very bad place
I was in a very bad place. I had been there before for many years. I was broke and couldnt afford help. Free services through the state were nightmarish. I used the cerebral app and actually got the mental health i needed. The person i faced time with listened to me. She clearly understood and made correct recommendations. Its been a month. I haven't gotten to my refill stage once yet and still i feel so much better about nyself and what im doing. The down side is the digital connection. They can loose you and then you have to start all over AGAIN. so keep with it or it will be frustrating. especially if your at the end of the med supply. The meds were very affordable as was the monthly service. Good Rx was nice bonus.

This company is fine for the average…
This company is fine for the average person, but if you're looking for psychiatry - go elsewhere. They advertise that they "work with" psychiatrist and psychologist but in reality the people you will see are nurses or psychiatric nurses. This is okay for people experiencing mild depressive disorders or mild anxiety disorders. Do not expect treatment for personality disorders, mood disorders, or any diagnosable condition that is severe as "nurses" ( broad category for all the prescribers at cerebral as they are different types) as they are unequipped to do so. They do not have access to the diagnostic measures and the training needed to deal with anything other than mild depression/ anxiety.

Very good seasion
My therapist was patient and so helpful with listening and helping me understand emotions and helped me figure out ways that would help me with my situation.

I was really struggling during Covid as…
I was really struggling during Covid as many were, so I was looking for help! And boy was I glad I found cerebral, I was having suicidal ideations and in real pain. I’m constantly telling my clients and friends about how much this has helped me recenter my life and get me back to a healthy reality. I got on some meds and meet with a psychiatrist and care counselor. I feel so much better it’s amazing . Sincerely Gina

Great experience with Cerebral
My intake with my provider Ekwy was so helpful. She listened to all of my issues and helped me get diagnosed with my condition. I would definitely recommend her and cerebral as a way to get quality medical services.

The intake was super quick and easy
The intake was super quick and easy, the doc asked all the right questions and most I hadn't even thought of, very in depth, and insightful, and she had a huge and guinuine willingness to help me.
