Cerebral has been a life-changer
Cerebral has been a life-changer for me. I am a mental health professional myself, so I can be very critical of the industry as a whole. Both of my care counselors have been amazing. The response and communication time on my questions have been so prompt. The emails and text alerts are so helpful with my busy schedule. My two medication providers have always listened to me, asked thoughtful questions, and trusted me and my body. i wish I had had access to a program like this a long time ago. Price is great, too. So convenient. Love it.

Hopeful again!!
In a matter of a visit, I feel hopeful that things can improve for me with addition of medication and talk therapy.

A safe place to talk
I have only had two sessions with my clinician so far but I already feel I can trust my therapist, Kelly Walsh. She has offered excellent and evidence based strategies for me to try. She has also reminded me about grounding techniques which are great for self-centering and self-soothing, which is helpful for my anxiety and PTSD. She was honest about her skill set and her professional standing. Cerebral is a safe place to go to talk to someone and learn how to move forward from past traumas. Scheduling is easy and they provide an array of therapists to choose from. I chose my therapist based on her skill set (DBT) which can be hard to find.

Cerebral is a godsend!
I have been using Cerebral for over a year at this point. This may sound dramatic but I feel that both my care counselor and my provider have saved my life. I’m in a much better place from where I started and am excited to continue my wellness journey.

Convenient and Somewhat Affordable
The app connects me with a Therapist and a Prescriber. Both of which are responsive and easy to talk to. That kind of convenience makes the process of therapy less intimidating. There are only two complaints I have with the service: 1) I wish I could have, at times, longer sessions with the therapist without having to schedule back to back sessions. 2) although the service supports a lot of kinds of insurance, it does not take all of them (including my own). I do think this service is worth while if you are in need of therapy. In person sessions might be more helpful but I can’t say.

Cerebral is the most DANGEROUS mental…
Cerebral is the most DANGEROUS mental health app that I’ve ever experienced. Please no one use this app or you will end up in the hospital. Their psychiatrists disappear randomly, they stop medication with no prior heads up and will not refill the medication for weeks as they don’t find it important enough to respond. They handle serious medications and treat them like they are toys. It’s disgusting and scary.
