Currently, I have an incredible care counselor and Perscriber. I am happy with my current service and will continue to use cerebral. I am giving three stars due to the road that got me here. Before this current counselor, I have seen 3 separate counselors. 2 of the 3 left the company without a word. I got a notification on the app. The third one told me the company was changing their ways and she was being let go after our first session. To me, the first session is one of the most vulnerable sessions for a client and I had to go through that 4 separate times. It is hard to ask for help and to lose someone you’ve opened up to without so much as a notice can be traumatizing. Other than that, I have had a very useful and positive experience.

STOP! Your medication and lack of therapy options has ruined my life for a year and a half now. You are not a helpful company. You are predatory pill pushers and I wish I never reach to you for help. Please stop what you are doing you are gaslighting a generation, and altering the minds of people with no real professional help other than people to sell you pills. You should be ashamed at what you are doing to people under the banner of "help". You are nothing but a scam, and you keep trying to scam me again. Not everyone needs to be on medication. You deceived me into thinking I did when all I needed was a therapist, you promised that and then when it got down to it, you had nothing but a medications counselor that only cared about medications, and then they were only available once every 3 weeks, who would cancel every other session. But I still had to pay, even double billing me one month. You are a terrible company and you need to stop praying on people that are asking for help.

The intake process for Cerebral was super easy, and to the point. They matched me with a great group of therapists to choose from according to my answers on intake. I instantly connected and felt comfortable with my therapist. I'm really looking forward to this process of self care :)

My care counselor Naiysa positively impacts my life so much. Talking to her every month makes me happy and it helps me tremendously. I am very unhappy that Cerebral is ending the care counselor program. It really sucks and is messed up that they are ending the program when it is helping so many people. I’m not sure if I would recommend Cerebral since they are ending the care counselor program. If they chose to continue the program, then I would stick with them for life.

My initial meeting with the provider was great, she was attentive and helpful. I’m giving this three stars due to the counselor canceling same day within hours. This was to be my first session ever, and we all know sometimes it’s not easy to ask for help. I understand things come up, but, the app was not ideal for rescheduling due to only having availability for the same week. I asked for assistance and have yet to hear from anyone, I will be canceling my subscription and go back to utilizing what my insurance has to offer at a much lower cost.

Excellent service. So fast easy and thorough. So grateful this company exists for people with no insurance as well. Thought I couldn’t get care without insurance and they make it affordable and so helpful. Picking your provider also gives you so much comfortability. Thank you so much!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First they takes days to reply in the first place, I had asked for a FEMALE prescriber due to trauma and they gave me a prescriber that was unavailable, then they gave me a male prescriber and when I had said I needed a female (I had asked this three times before) they said they had ONLY 2 prescribers that specialize in my condition. So I’m stuck with a prescriber I didn’t want. They gave me 2 therapists that were literally unavailable and I had to pick someone else entirely. I also had asked for a refill of medication because the prescriber I’m stuck with is a week away and I am fully out of medication, and they refuse my refill anyway. So, thanks 🙄
