Really wanted this to be a good investment for my mental health but instead my anxiety among other things have been exasperated.. * The monthly rate to get help is disgusting considering the people they are help usually have some of their issues due to financial stress. *They have developed shady practices to the point even the care council teams are saying in the sessions they don't know what's going on or how long they'll be employed. *If you ask to speak with leadership, you're told they only exist virtually and have no way of being contacted or making contact with anyone and that they only "speak to and through the support reps via a IM chat". So much more I can say but I'll just wait for their auto response to this review.

Good luck trying to get anyone to reply to you. I had my appt Tuesday she told me i should have my form by Wednesday it’s now Friday. I’ve called, messages done everything I’ve could and have yet yo hear from anyone.

Just started using them but they work well for me and have not had any problems. I recommend them for anyone looking into telehealth services.

So helpful and understanding

I have been a subscriber for almost a year and the first session with the counselor was great. Then the prescriber, also went well. I was prescribed Zoloft. 3 days later I started experiencing shaking and tremors. I tried reaching my prescriber and got a message to "please allow 2 days for a response", and I was told not to discontinue the medication. At 5 days, I was having intense anxiety and shaking all through the night, and tried repeatedly to reach someone through their message system. No response. At day 6, I wasn't sleeping, I was shaking ceaselessly, and I asked my pharmacist for their opinion. They didn't officially give me advise to stop, but I was showing signs of serotonin syndrome, and I stopped the medication. 3 weeks later, when I had my next counseling appointment, I told her what I experienced and she was really disturbed at the lack of responses, both from the prescriber and the "care team". It was escalated, a different medication prescribed, it seemed to be a fluke. Fast forward a few months. I needed a refill, and went through the channel to request it. No response. Thankfully my partner was also in the same medication and gave me two weeks of the same dosage until I could schedule my next virtual consultation with my prescriber. But how are you supposed to be on this type of non-stop medication and the gate keepers that prescribe it are unreachable?!? I had to borrow medication from my partner! That seems criminal. And now, I find myself again requesting a renewal of this prescription and it's been a week, no response. I have tried tagging on social media, numerous messages - nothing. I am out of medication and going through withdrawal and I cancelled my subscription. This is flat out malpractice and not an isolated incident. Do better, cerebral. Your patient is screaming for the life saving drug you hold the keys to. For a week!!! I cannot afford an ER visit.
