Have tried 4 other on line therapy and…
Have tried 4 other on line therapy and medications with failed results. Cerebral is like no other mental health services. My therapist went above and beyond my expectations. I have difficulties with computers they made sure I understood completely before moving on. Medications management was very eye opening she really care about me and my current condition. Best mental health medications provider by far.

Fall from grace!
Over the past 2 years the company has declined steadily in meeting it's obligations to customers. Prescription shipments have become erratic, resulting in extended periods of no medication, large swaths of staff including my Therapist have been let go and the company appears in major trouble. Customer service is a joke with a circus of ill equipped people unable to solve much of anything. Just following some ill conceived boiler plate protocol I'm truly shocked how far they fell from when I started. There is no compelling reason for anyone to use this service at this time.

Laughably terrible service
Pretty much the worst mental health treatment out there. They charged my card for the membership and medication, but it would not update in my actual account so I could not access any therapy, prescriptions or sessions I paid for. I emailed them several times, they FINALLY responded months later (after several payments had been taken from my account) so I asked for a refund because I had been locked out of all services by this point. They explained that they couldn’t give me a refund because it was “like netflix” where you still have to pay for the membership even if you choose not to watch anything. I explained that I didn’t choose to not use their care, my account was locked down to where I couldn’t access it at all but they were still charging me for it. They still refused a refund and they owe me about $700 for services I paid for but was never given, which I’m pretty sure is stealing.

Great option for those who need it.
I just started, but I've already found Cerebral to be so helpful in allowing me to get the medication that I need. I'm especially grateful that insurance is not a requirement to get treatment, whereas other programs such as Brightside turn those away who are uninsured. I'm looking forward to working with Cerebral moving forward.

Therapists don't show up for sessions and customer service refuses to help
My first therapist didn't show up for my scheduled session. I then called to see what happened and when I tried to reschedule, found out that this therapist didn't even have any available dates for the next 6 months. I tried a different therapist but she only showed up for one session. She didn't show up for my next session. When I called Cerebral support, they said that they were sorry but had no explanation for what happened. I then told them that I wanted a refund because out of 3 sessions, a therapist had only showed up to one. I didn't feel comfortable continuing with their service. They said that they could only offer me a 50% refund because I completed one session and refused to let me talk to a manager about my experience with their service.

There are some people that work for…
There are some people that work for them ,that are so sweet and heaven sent they really care. Cause I’m going through a lot , but I feel I’m in the right place and with the right provider. And there are some that are just there for their paycheck, you will know when u get with the right person. God will let u know. But overall I think it’s a good place, and convenient u don’t have to deal with the public and that’s the best part if u have anxiety like I do. I like that I don’t have to . Go anywhere but home. But I would recommend them to anyone.
