I like that I got a little background on the dr. And the therapist. Both were very helpful and I felt comfortable immediately. I’m excited to see how this journey goes for me.

I just feel like I really was not heard. I feel like when I would write or try to talk to someone I would get nothing back. Got something that made me feel like a zombie! I don’t think I should have to pay. I didn’t get any updates, it took days to have someone answer me. I want a refund for some.

My experience has been one of kindness and thoughtfulness by the professionals at Cerebral. They have answered every question with promptness and detail. Not once have I felt on an island. They have your back.

They do amazing

Cerebral has helped me connect with mental health professionals who have helped me put myself on a better path. If not for their online support, I do not think I would have sought out mental care due to fear of cost and fear of having to speak to someone in person. The website and app make it easy and comfortable to connect with my Support and Counselor on personal issues.

It's a very long process to get meds sorted if the initial prescription doesn't work out, they aren't very flexible outside the 1 monthly meeting. If you are able to have the patience to wait through that process go for it, however, it's minimal support compared to a standard in-office option.

Someone to speak to in my darkest moments, the folks I have interacted with have all been professional and listened to my issues and concerns.
