I am not getting weekly care as promised. My first care counselor after one session quit and then the second one has poor schedule options. The medication has been good. But my primary doctor could handle that.

I haven’t been contacted to book a counseling session... never got my first one. My counselor responded once way after the fact and that was it. And, that wasn’t the first time that had happened. I also had a huge cluster with getting my meds. I’m really hoping things change. This isn’t the service you want for having mental illness that keeps my mind on the edge. I feel like Cerebral doesn’t care as much as they say.

Timely help. I didn't know the extent of my depression until it was nearly debilitating and with Cerebral I was able to talk with providers quickly and start a treatment plan right away. Great service for those with little time, little money, and/or limited access to practitioners.

It’s been really nice to speak to people and not have to have that anxiety of meeting another person or worrying too much about them as an individual I made it easier for me to talk about things that I have trouble with so we can get me the proper care

My counselor, Andre, has been terrific. He has listened and offered helpful exercises and ways to explore my thoughts and feelings. I appreciate him!
