I felt rushed when I spoke with both…
I felt rushed when I spoke with both the provider and the care counsellor. I didn’t feel heard , which was upsetting.

I've been with Cerebral for a month now…
I've been with Cerebral for a month now and I am having a great experience. Both of the providers I've talked to were pretty great and made me comfortable and explained how the service works. I am still on my first week of the medication, so I am not sure if it is working or not. The price sounds fair for what is included. I recommend it!

Best overall experience with a therapist I have ever had.
I have insurance through Blue Cross & Kaiser & have been struggling to find a therapist for years. I had accidentally stumbled on Cerebral & it has changed my life. I love my therapist, Ann, and how easy the site is to navigate. I was almost at rock bottom & Cerebral has given me another lifeline. 🙏🏼

I have been very confused about what…
I have been very confused about what has been going on and I have felt like the responses back when I ask for something have been rude. Also, I have been needing help with my new medication and the first time I could get support is 2 weeks after I have asked! That is way to long

i was only signing up hoping for help and got scammed
I subscribed under the impression that I would be receiving a deal with the price only to find out they took out a lot more than I m was aware they would. I contacted customer service and couldn’t get anyone for a while and when I did the guy understood right away how the loss would affect my current situation I was refunded within 2 minutes thank you all so much

I should have done this sooner
I have nothing but good things to say. My care counselor and provider are fantastic! I was nervous to actually talk to someone but they both made it completely relaxed and didn’t make me feel crazy. Also the ease of having medication sent straight to your door was another plus!

I love it so far! The only thing I would change is the price. But I know nothing medical is cheap.
