Be warned: they’ll charge you $30-45 *immediately*, then make it difficult to cancel. I had to send an email, then fill out a form, and now apparently someone is going to call me! Honestly I think it’s a scam. UPDATE: I got an email from Cerebral offering me a discount if I stayed. But I already told them I’m going in to an inpatient program and *won’t* have access to their services, so I need to cancel. It’s $200 a month! I asked them for the second time to cancel my account. I will update if they refuse to cancel. If I’m charged by them again, I’ll dispute it with my bank. Another update: it took three more emails to get them to say my account was canceled. They also called me this morning, but I couldn't answer. Time will tell if they truly canceled it (I'll be watching my bank account). I made it very clear I cannot use this service, as I am going into an inpatient program tomorrow. Cerebral is a subscription, not a contract, and you are allowed to cancel it. They next asked me to remove this review. I didn't, so they flagged it with Trustpilot as being "not genuine." In other words, they're trying to say I didn't do business with them at all. I sent back the proof Trustpilot requested--6 screen shots including the $30 they withdrew from my bank account. I certainly DID deal with them, that's the reason I'm even taking the time to do this. My point, in the end, is to be careful. If you find yourself unable or unwilling to use this service, they make it rather difficult to cancel. Also once you sign up, they charge you right away, and every month, whether you use the service or not. I didn't even finish my account setup, either! You will get TONS of emails if you even start to set it up.

I’ve paid for a whole month of cerebral and not really gotten anything out of it. It took so long to get an appointment with my provider and care counselor, and even after that it’s been almost 2 weeks since then and I still have not received medication. I understand the on-boarding process can be long, but it feels like I’m being charged for services and medication I’m not receiving.

Had one appointment with therapist second he had to reschedule and then there wasn’t an appointment for over a month. Meds made me nauseous only took for 2 weeks no follow up then I get billed over $300 dollars.

Was lucky to have chose such awesome counsel and provider with Cerebral. I couldn't have had a better connection with the team that supports me through my wellness journey. Happy to have my new medication and am starting to feel the best I've felt in a long time. I am so thankful for the opportunity and such an amazing cost.
