I canceled services due to the company not taking my insurance even though I paid the promotion price up front. I received two very surface appointments and informed both professionals throughout the time that I need to pay with insurance or I would have to cancel. They said ok, long story short I receive a $90 invoice today when I only had one appointment with a intake person and a "therapist" who gave me Google tips. They never canceled anything . So unbelievably frustrating.

I would like be to stay but I can’t afford it.

So far everything has gone as expected. They send multiple reminders for appointments and my counselor was very kind.

The affordable cost and access to medication and services is top tier. However, the physical scheduling and receipt of said medication is something that needs to be improved. I've been back and forth trying to get my medication refill figured out and while the rep assigned to my case has been prompt with getting back to me, I'm down to less than a week of my medication and no clear answer of when my next prescription is available. Which is kind of funny when I'm being treated for anxiety UPDATE: Molly was a great help in getting everything sorted. Unfortunately, I was only able to pick up part of my medication at a local pharmacy since the out of pocket cost was $109 compared to the $20 or so I pay with Cerebral. Molly followed up via email and phone to get info on the situation and provided a significant discount for my next month's subscription, which is greatly appreciated. We are working on getting the last bit of my medication taken care of, so fingers crossed!

I love their service. I have been put on new medication by them and have never felt better... the only problem is their availability for the therapists and the communications. You go through a coordinator person and it’s just weird. Then, you only see your therapist once a month for free, but additional $ if you need more than 1 session. I’ve stayed only because the medication has made a true difference, that I only need to see my therapist once a month.
