I have many very mixed reviews. I absolutely love my therapist, she is amazing!! As far as the medical provider, I am absolutely NOT IMPRESSED with her in any way shape or form. She told me that I would be getting meds, but she would need to call me back after she figured out the logistics. She never called me back and instead I was blindsided the next day by finding out that I had been changed to a therapy plan only. She still has never called me back to tell me the reason why either. Billing is also questionable. Don't just plan on paying the $90 for the first month like they advertise, they will slam you with more charges. Again, the therapist is absolutely amazing, she has been super helpful with lots of advice.

I have been a client for two months, and it is everything that I could ask for. They are supportive and go above and beyond. They are always there no matter what time I need them. I recommend this service to people suffering from mental health issues. you can do it from your home . They make sure you feel safe.

I like this convenience of telehealth rather than having to go to an on location psychiatry clinic, i can easily schedule appointments that fit my schedule and simply do it over a video chat and have my medication delivered to a local pharmacy and go about my life as usual. it’s also super affordable, $85 a month is a small asking price in comparison to the high amounts you’d pay at a practice.

Patient, wonderful people!! So far I have had contact with 5 or 6 various employees and every one of them have been simply awesome.. I’m 67 years of age and understand that I am set in may ways... they have all been very kind and understanding...

I love the convenience

Communication with the individual about what happens after the initial meeting with the doctor. If and when an individual needs to request a refill on medications or if the individual is having an issue with the medication that needs to be resolved before their next appointment with the doctor. Otherwise I have had a good experience with your service.
