What a scam! They just randomly change prices with out informing you. Doing what ever they can to get more money. Providers are rude and not knowledgeable. Care counselors take what ever time they want to respond and half of the time it's not them. Other people replying and looking into your records is a hippa violation. They want to charge 69 dollars a month for 1 30 minute counseling session a month. Have to fight for medical records

Cerebral is so helpful. Don't know where I'd be without them. Finally got my mental state to manageable with their help.

Used Cerebral for a couple of months in 2020 and quickly realized it's just another scam profiting off of the lack of affordable and accessible mental health care in the US. You choose a provider and a "care counselor" who is supposed to be some pseudo-therapist liason between you and your doctor/NP. I stopped using Cerebral after I emailed my care counselor and she didn't reply for a few days. In her message back she told me that it wasn't even always her replying to my emails but other members of the staff?? Seemed a little unnerving to me that I was seemingly having a private conversation with a mental health counselor but it turned out to be whoever happened to be working that day responding to me. You are also not allowed to contact your doctor directly which seems to be a trend with these online medical care start ups. Makes for a hellish experience trying to get refills or ask questions about medications/issues.

I had no problems receiving phone calls for my appointments. Nothing on my side, that I'm aware of.. changed. Phone Number the same, etc. It was in a very difficult time and I needed the communication, I received emails from your office stating "had just called" I would check my list for recent calls and never showed any phone numbers from your location. (Note I had no issues receiving any other calls) At this time, I would like to place my account on hold. Please do not send any medication refills. I notified last week to not send refill but it looks like it was sent anyway.

Billed me outrageously without any warning, or options given to me. The money was just taken out of my account. Horrible!!

Easy to navigate and less hassle of setting up an appointment. No need to leave work to make it to a destination.

The nurse practitioner was wonderful! Very thorough and answered all my questions. Definitely will be recommending Cerebral to others.
