Kind courteous and understanding

Worst service ever. Was experiencing panic attacks, the "therapist" talked more about herself and gave no advice on how to help me. Said she would send me exercises...4 days later. I requested another therapist. They sent me 3 names, one was a social worker, one was in school, and the other has 20 years of experience. Obviously I chose the last one. Took over a week for an appointment and right before the appointment, three "coordinator" decided she was going to reassign me to another therapist. So I decide to cancel, they say it's too close to the next billing date and they're billing me for the next month. Scam? I think so.

I feel that I was mislead to believe that for $85 I would have access to texting, virtual appointments ect... I get ONE 30 min session! Not too much can get resolved in 30 min ONCE a month!

very good service but I would require easier access to unsubscribing due to you having to jump through hoops to get your service deactivated. I love the company but make it easier for us to get our stuff settled with one click button please.

Help is here. Cerebral has changed my life. We hear again and again that mental health is important, that we need to care for ourselves. When you finally decide that this may be true and scrape together enough energy to try to get care there are so very many obstacles you have to overcome. The cost is well beyond my means, even with insurance coverage. Next, after I had decided going into debt might be necessary, local counsellors were booked out for weeks, even months. Finally, when I was able to get in to see a counsellor, I needed to make a different appointment to see a prescriber when the counsellor assessed that I would benefit from medication. Cerebral removed many of these barriers and minimized others to workable levels. You are able to schedule your own appointments, to fit your availability. It was so easy. I was able to talk to an amazing provider within a few days. She initiated a medication change that day and my new medication was on it's way. The cost is affordable.. I have spent more on coffee and pizza in a month than I do for meetings with my counsellor AND my medication. PLUS - the medication arrives at your house. You don't have to do anything. (this may seem silly but, the medication arrives in beautiful packaging that communicates you are worthwhile and being cared for) Finally, there are a number of different counselors to choose from. If you don't feel as if you can communicate easily with one, you can try working with another person with no delay in treatment, no new forms to fill out, no waiting to see if your insurance will be valid for the new counselor, etc. I have only been working with them for a little over a month. My daily life has improved so beautifully I cannot explain it sufficiently. I have hope again. I know I will be able to take a step toward my healthy life every day. I look forward to gaining more skills to continue this positive change and believe Cerebral will be there to help me along the way. The ONLY change I can think of to improve my experience would be to have sessions that last a little longer than 30 minutes. Perhaps 45 or 50???? That and I wish I had reached out to them earlier. If you are struggling, please give Cerebral a try. You deserve this level of care and expertise my friends.
